"The Chelsea was a convenient place for us to stay. It's an old building but well kept. The one drawback we found was that it was very noisy. We could hear people in the hallway from our room plain as day. They have a lovely pool and hot tub also."

"Great location. Attached to the Path, do you can get to so many places from there without going outside. More plain than the other Fairmonts in the old Canadian Pacific line, but still a good hotel."

"Staff at the Sutton Place in Toronto were warm and helpful. Our room, one regular with a King bed, was spacious. Loved the shower. The lobby bar is gorgeous. Very glad we chose this hotel. "

"Hotel room was clean, staff was lovely. Breakfast was great! Room is quite small. Every time I walked past my bed, I bumped into the tv mounted on the wall. Parking can be an issue. Although we ended up finding parking nearby, the underground garage listed as the Holiday Inn’s parking only allowed vehicles under 5’7” which our van did not comply with. Pool and change rooms were very clean as well. VERY warm but only a complaint if you were a bystander and not actually in the water. "

"The staff were all so helpful and friendly. We stayed in an executive suite room and it was exactly what we needed with having a baby with us. The room was conveniently set up and clean. Bed was comfortable. If I had one complaint it would be the uncomfortable couch in the living room area but really the whole experience from the valet parking to check in and out all exceeded our expectations. Will be returning. "

"Rooms were spotless and the bed was comfy. Staff were welcoming, and having breakfast included was a bonus. Right near public transport too. Would stay again."
