I asked if she could cancel and she never responded.. To date I still havnt gotten a refund and it’s showing that I stayed at the property. It’s been impossible to get hold of Expedia either. I’v spoken to 3 agents and they all say they’ll get back to me but nothing. "

"The apartment itself was beautiful. Our experience was unfortunately marred by poor access arrangements and a lack of communication from the managing agent. We also experienced significant water outages across Johannesburg during our visit, which, though not the property's fault, definitely put a damper on our trip."
