I paid, the room was non refundable. When I got to Southafrica Host cancelled and said room was not available and that, I reach out to Expedia for a refund. She was not bothered at all. I asked if she could cancel and she never responded.. To date I still havnt gotten a refund and it’s showing that I stayed at the property. It’s been impossible to get hold of Expedia either. I’v spoken to 3 agents and they all say they’ll get back to me but nothing.
