Beautiful house in amazing location. Great for a family getaway. Some deferred maintenance and lack of communication of some details dampened the experience a bit but overall the views and house made up for it. We spent most of our time on the upper patio enjoying the view and stars.

The views were amazing, the ambiance was very Arizona-in other words we loved it, it was stocked with everything you can imagine needing, the beds were great, the outdoor living was great--lots of little nooks and places to meditate, eat, read and just stare out at the beautiful rocks. We did not want to leave--so relaxing!!

Family vacation

As described the views are unbelievable! Easy walk to town, but it is steep uphill back. Beds were very comfortable and enough tiwels and linens for a family of 8 adults! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and precious time with family. Highly recommend!

Gorgeous views, great location

Absolutely stunning views in all directions. Easy walkability to main street for restaurants and shopping. The house has a great layout and worked well for our two families. It could use some TLC in places - cleanup in the yard, new pots/pans/kitchen utensils, grill propane was out, etc. - but overall a great home.

Truly spectacular

This incredible home is surrounded by stunning views that include so many of the iconic formations around Sedona. It’s in walking distance to downtown yet gives an amazingly private and secluded experience. You can overlook the entire of downtown Sedona. So wonderful.

Gorgeous property and views!

My family of seven adults stayed here for two nights for a business related trip. All of us were impressed with the quality of this property - really special. The moment we were there, we all gravitated to the upper terrace. The views of Sedona red rock were the best we've seen. This was one of our favorite homes we've visited. Would definitely stay again. The Eyes have it!

This is a beautiful property with outstanding views all around. There were 9 of us and we had plenty of space to spread out with many sitting areas inside and out. Has a large kitchen with all the amenities. We thoroughly enjoyed the rooftop patio for viewing the stars and UAPs 👽
