We enjoyed our stay at this property. would like to have booked it for 2020, but timeframe was already booked by others. We will attempt to book again for 2021. We would rate our overall rental experience with Foothill Vacation Rentals as excellent.

This house is a very nice property.

This house is a very nice property. Cherry was great to work with prior to and during our stay. She knew the property well and made several calls to the owner. Others in the office were very efficient in solving other issues such as trash pickup.

We love 36 Ponderosa.

We love 36 Ponderosa. The minute we walked in the door we felt very at home. The open concept with all of large windows and the views of the red rocks were breathtaking! All of the rooms are large and very nicely decorated. We are already talking about coming back to our "Sedona home" next year. Your staff at Foothills are very friendly, professional, and always willing to answer all of our questions and address any concerns that we may have had. Looking forward to working with your staff again in 2018.
