I also liked this place because it could accommodate parking easily and was quiet compared to what I read you might encounter with other properties in downtown Newport. "We spent most of our visit watching the cormorants out the window or on the back deck, when it was warm enough. Although we missed the sunrise, we did enjoy the sunsets. The house was a block away from Localz, which was a great spot for dinner and drinks. The house was very clean, tastefully decorated and had every amenity you would need."

"We stayed for 4 nights for my sons wedding, the house was perfect! The location was so close to the wedding venue, the beach and a very short drive into downtown Newport! My son and his groomsmen got ready for the wedding at the house and there was plenty of room. The photographer loved the decks! Lorraine was amazing answering questions quickly and giving great suggestions! We will definitely come back and rent here again if we return to Newport!!"

"The sunset when we arrived at the house was breathtaking. The photos don’t do the house justice, great layout and all the picture windows make for amazing views all day long. Chris was very responsive to us. The beds are very comfortable which is really important to me! Great stay. Would 100% stay here again."

"The home was exactly as advertised, and while small, the open space was plenty roomy for our group of 3-4 adults plus an infant. The kitchen and bath were neat and contemporary. We really appreciated the little things…all the dishes/pots & pans, and glassware that we needed, but also games and other things (binoculars!) to help us enjoy our stay. The best part - the location! At the end of the point with private access to the bay, and a lovely deck to enjoy the gorgeous water views - we couldn’t...
