「The perfect place to enjoy a peaceful stay! Everything you need is there and Sara & family make you feel home away from」

「Zu allererst ein großes Dankeschön an Barbara, Massimo und Alice. Wir haben vom 20.07.-31.07.2025 gebucht.Wir sind mit dem Auto angereist und konnten schon ab 9Uhr morgens einchecken. Für uns perfekt, so konnten wir bereits den Abend am Vortag losfahren und waren somit in der Nacht am Brenner und konnten ohne Stau passieren. Wir waren dann gegen 11uhr angekommen und wurden bereits persönlich erwartet. Es wurde uns alles gezeigt und erklärt ( auf Englisch). Danach hatte uns Barbara alle möglichen...

「Marco‘s property or second to none! The wonderful Dr. up the laneway to the roundabout in front of the most stunning house. The wonderful porch. Leads into the house to magnificent living area. The four bedrooms upstairs or ideally located in the house was always a wonderful temperature with great air conditioning available when needed! The outside grounds and of course the pool are stunning. The staff to help look after the house could not have been better. They made sure the pool was ready...

「Me and my family really enjoyed staying in this apartment and in this town. It was was great! 」

「Property is centrally located in the town of Marino with train access to Rome Termini. Train station is a 10 min walk to the apartment, but there is also a small bus that waits at the train station when the train from Rome arrives. Our family was delighted with the apartment and the local culture and people. Special mention to our host, most gracious and attentive. We will return! Thank you!」

「It is a lovely villa with a wonderful pool and patio - where we spent quite a bit of our time. Very close to the villa is a restaurant that sells lovely pizzas.」

「Das Haus war sehr schön und sauber. Schwimmbad war sehr gut und genug groß für eine Familie. Der Besitzer des Hauses war sehr freundlich, nett und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist allgemein ruhig und gut, für den Strand muss man sich um die halbe Stunde Zeit nehmen.」

「Great room in a large house. Nice little kitchen, bathroom with washing machine. Leonardo is a nice friendly lady, very helpful. 20-30 minutes walk to castle Gandolfo and another to the lake public beach is small, but plenty of lido's. The view from the balcony at the house is to die for.」

「La maison est très agréable et parfaitement située. Même par grosse chaleur, elle reste très agréable. Beaucoup d'espace à l'intérieur pour que chacun puisse exercer ses activités au calme. C'est l'endroit idéal pour ceux qui veulent passer du temps à découvrir le Latium. Tivoli est à 20mn, Rome à 35 minutes. Naples n'est qu'à 2 heures de route. 「Armando und seine Familie haben uns sehr herzlich begrüßt und wir konnten uns von Beginn an wie Zuhause fühlen in der liebevoll eingerichteten Ferienwohnung. Entspannung pur beim Grillen auf der schattigen Terrasse, planschen im eigenen Pool oder genießen des Sonnenuntergangs mit musikalischer Begleitung durch Grillenkonzerte.
