“The hotel is clean, comfortable. There are connecting rooms which is convenient for family trip and the price is relatively fair. Most importantly, there are many hiking routes nearby.”

Finally I need to pay CHF210.- to change to a very small room with private bathroom but without any facilities!!!!!!! No air conditioning, no kitchen, no fridge.......”
