「What a beautiful property and excellent location .. evrthing is so beautiful but one odd incident leaves a bad memory.. and there front desk manager Ines does that .. I have not met such a rude front desk manager in my travel over 25 countries .. rest of the staff is excellent and friendly ..I don’t know why owners have kept her there .. the property is beautiful ..food is excellent .. convinent to new travel .. right on the bus stop .. 」

「Room had amazing view of the mountains and a little balcony where we sat just taking in the views and the sounds of the birds, cow bells, and thunder. It was a very clean and comfortable modernized room. Loved the bed! No elevator, but I loved the rustic vibe. Front desk very friendly and helpful.」

「酒店离文根火车站很近。文根是一个很漂亮的小镇。从这儿可以走到缆车站，上到Mannlichen, 一个特别美的观景点，可以走一段royal walk，也可以看到因特拉肯的三大山峰：僧侣峰，艾格峰，少女峰，从Mannlichen可以做缆车下到格林瓦尔德。文根去劳特布鲁嫩也很近，一站火车就到了。酒店外面是一条繁华的商业街，总体而言很方便。」

「飯店就在聖模里茲湖旁，我們訂湖景房，風景優美。服務人員友善，住宿期間曾在女妖山滑倒，跟飯店要了冰塊冰敷，飯店人員還主動借我藥膏塗抹，謝謝飯店人員！」

「We had a fantastic time at the botel. The food was excellent, and the staff were genuinely warm and helpful. Everything ran smoothly and the atmosphere was great. The views were absolutely mind-blowing waking up to that scenery was a highlight. The only downside was the lack of air conditioning (or even fans) in the room. With how hot European summers are getting, that made the nights a bit uncomfortable. Still, we really enjoyed our stay overall.」
