Checking in was contact-less through the kiosk when entering the builiding, and was an easy process. Everything was really clean and the location was perfect with the subway a short walking distance and lots of cafés and restaurants nearby. "

"미리 예약해두고 체크인했고 무인으로 운영되서 너무 편했어요! 여자친구와 청량리에서 일끝나고 갔는데 가까워서 버스타고10분안되서 도착했어요. 입구에서 느꼈는데 숙소컨디션이 깔끔하고 너무 좋더라고요 다른곳은 드라이기 고데기빌리려면 신분증 맡겨야해서 불편했는데 충전기까지 다 구비되어있고 특히 화장실이 너무깨끗해서 좋았습니다! 동대문쪽에 숙소찾으시면 추천드려요 근처에 찐 맛집들도 있어요ㅎ"

While very little english is spoken by the people i interacted with I managed to ask a couple question using using google translate and they were happy to accomodate. It is a relativelly cheap hotel in seoul so no major luxuries but also no nasty surprises"
