The management had already found us accommodation 500m away in a nice hotel, the price was the same and they catered for our dietary requirements at very short notice. "One staff member in particular was charming and very helpful. Others seems to be on automatic pilot. I still don't understand whether I could use the tea kettle in the room without charge. It is a well-maintained relic of the Bubble Era."
