「We prepaid for the room. When we arrived we waited about 10 minutes for check in. A boy first showed up then went in to get us assistance. The gentleman said he was not used to working at the counter & that his wife was sick.
The king bed was great. But the tv did not work. We could not call the owners as the phone service said it was out of order. The tub did not have a stopper so I couldn’t bathe. Lamp was missing it’s lightbulb.」

「The price was cheap and the motel had a great location as it is close to I-40 and Grand Canyon, the host was nice and friendly. However, most stuff inside the room was not working well, such as the faucet and the heater which was rather noisy, also the bathroom door cannot even be closed.」
