lovely quiet stay in Selva
Great view over the town and of Esglesia Sant Llorenc from patio and living room. All the required facilities you need except maybe Wi Fi but you can connect to internet via data roaming as mobile reception is OK. Bed confortable and having a bath as well as a shower was welcome after a long walk in the nearby hills. Regular buses connect Selva to Lluc for mountain access and interconnecting buses on the Soller - Pollenca route as well as to Inca where you can connect to the Train to Palma. Only snag is the bus stops and supermarket are at bottom of village and its a steep walk uphill to the accommodation. If you do bring a car you could drive right up to the gate but will need to park tight to the wall as streets are very narrow - we managed without the bus and train fares are very reasonable and you can sit back and enjoy great views. It is very peaceful and you can enjoy relaxing afternoons after a hard mornings walking in the Sera de Tramuntana mountains.

Auszeit in mitten des Bergdorfs
Das Häuschen ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen oder Radtouren im Tramuntana Gebirge. Wir haben jeden Tag den Blick auf das Dorf und die Kirche genossen. Uns hat ebenfalls gefallen, das Selva noch nicht von den Touristen Massen entdeckt wurde und man noch ein Gefühl der mallorquinischen Lebensfreude miterleben durfte. Mit einem Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus sollte man allerdings nicht rechnen, was für uns jedoch kein Problem war.

Wunderschöne Aussicht in einer tollen Stadt
Wir haben herrliche Tage in der Wohnung verbracht. Das Highlight ist die große Terrasse mit herrlichem Sonnenaufgang und Blick auf die wunderschöne Kirche. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet mit Extras wie einem Pürrierstaab und ausreichenden Eiswürfelformen, Induktionsherd und Backofen. Dazu ein Grill der mit Holzkohle befeuert werden kann. Ab und zu huscht eine Katze über die Terasse. Die Nachbarschaft ist ruhig und es kann wunderbar entspannt werden.

Nice stay, nice location. Everything was ok, except that it was impossible to park the car beside the location (we always parked not closer than 700 to 800 m....). Carola is a nice guest, we would have appreciated sometimes more support when requested. Thanks

- riesige Ausstattung, von WaMa über Spüli hinzu Küchengeräten - mehr geht nicht - Kinderbett und Hochstuhl wurden auf Anfrage besorgt - große Terasse und toller Ausblick - angenehm kühl trotz hoher Außentemperaturen - Parkmöglichkeiten sehr begrenzt - kleines Auto von Vorteil - flexibel stellbarer Sonnenschirm wäre wünschenswert

Angst um meine Gesundheit
Eigentlich eine schöne Unterkunft, allerdings riecht es aus einem der Bäder extrem nach Schimmel und Feuchtigkeit, so dass die gesamte Unterkunft den Geruch angenommen hat. Gesund kann das nicht sein. Nach schleppender Kommunikation (2 Tage) mit der Vermieterin sind wir früher abgereist. Ich würde von einem Aufenthalt dringend abraten.

La maison est idéalement située pour découvrir toute l'île. Selva est un village très agréable et très charmant. La maison est très bien équipée. Et la terrasse offre une vue incroyable. Au mois de mai c'était vraiment parfait!!! Je recommande vivement cet hôte.

Nette Unterkunft in ruhiger Umgebung
Es war alles wunderbar! Einzig ein Problem mit Geruch aus der Kanalisation, der sich abends im Haus ausbreitete, war störend, besonders, da wir aufgrund der noch kühlen Temperaturen im April die Fenster nicht permanent offen lassen konnten.

Superbe gite tres bien situé, dans le haut du village tres au calme avec une superbe vue jusqu'a la mer. Attention si vous louez en automne et hivers voire début du printemps ,le chauffage du salon salle a manger est insuffisant.
