Housekeeping really needs to improve. There were some small ants on the table and in the bathroom. The towels were stained and the room smelled somewhat stale. The property is however relatively new compared to other hotels in the vicinity. The nearby Simpang Lima foodcourt is within 10 minutes walk.

"During my recent stay at the HolidayIn hotel, I had the pleasure of staying of experiencing some robust services by the staff, and I must say, I liked it very much! From the moment I arrived, the warm and welcoming staff made me feel right at home. The location was ideal, offering breathtaking views and easy access to nearby attractions. The hotel's amenities were top-notch, with well-maintained facilities, and beautifully landscaped gardens. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, providing a perfect retreat after a day of exploration. One of the highlights of my stay was the delicious and diverse cuisine served at the hotel's restaurant. Every meal was a delightful experience, with a wide range of options to suit different tastes. The hotel's concierge was incredibly helpful, offering great recommendations for local activities and excursions. I enjoyed exploring the surrounding area, thanks to their valuable insights. Overall, my holiday at this hotel was truly unforgettable. The friendly atmosphere, excellent service, and remarkable amenities made it a perfect choice for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to create beautiful memories on their vacation. I can't wait to return!"

Unpleasant

First impression wasn't good because we had to wait more than 10 minutes for the elevator. There were two elevators but only one was working. Check in procedure also took a very long time because the connecting rooms I requested weren't available. Worse is the FO staff didn't admit that he was wrong, but instead, kept giving me non sense reasons such as I must call for a confirmation a day before my arrival and blah blah blah.... that made me even angrier. After that, I still have to change rooms twice before finally got 2 rooms in the same floor but quite far from each other. The rooms were quite clean but not the restroom. Towels weren't clean enough, and the drain in my room was clogged :( :(
