Staff were amazing, communication was very thorough. Pool villa was aesthetic but slightly aged. Comfy bed, dark room, cold A/C and not noisy, refreshed tooth brush, vanity kits and towels every day. breakfast included in villa. laundry across the road,10 mins on Gojek to garlic lane, double six beach, good location very pleasant stay.

I really recommend Aleva Villas! Good location, very friendly and caring staff, roo was super clean! The only thing was the pool, it’s a bit run down with missing tiles. Apart from that everything was excellent!

Located in a great area. Each villa is quiet and private and has its own pool. The overall condition is excellent. The staff is very friendly and will help accommodate you in any way. The price was good in my opinion, about the same as you would pay in any city hotel in Canada. I would recommend staying here.

The visual and aesthetics were amazing. The below average condition of the property made me rate it in such a way. Slide door is tilted, bathroom separation glass was leaking to the restroom seat. The bathroom windows had no mesh making insects and mosquitos swarming the room. In conclusion, the room was nice, the hospitality was great and its location to major attraction areas was a plus other than that I have wished it was in a better condition than stated in previous reviews.

Very nice stay at Aleva villa

The staff at Aleva Villa were so welcoming and friendly. They even organised a cake and birthday message on the bed for my partners 30th. They were very helpful when recommending restaurants and organising a taxi for us. The villa was very relaxing and just what we needed. The pool was great and clean. The only downfall we had was the Netflix had too many users at the one time so we could not watch it on a few nights we would have liked. Overall a very good stay and would recommend to others.

Stole money from the safe

great place, clean and wonderful service but all our money had been stolen from the safe. the staff had a master key and opened the safe and took it when we were out. this terrible incident that occurred on the second night of our trip ruined our holiday and was very stressful as we had no money left. never coming back to this villa.

Fantastic villa

Great villa, location is good as it’s close to everything but out of the hustle and bustle. There is a complimentary shuttle 3 times a day however it is only a 10-15 minute walk to the main area. There are cafes,mini mart and laundry actross the road. The staff and service was exceptional, friendly and thoughtful and we couldn’t have asked for anything more. We will definitely stay at Aleva again :-)

Séjour de 4 jours à aleva villa.

Accueil magique à l'écoute de nos moindre désir toujours soucieux de nous faire plaisir, villa de charme vraiment très classe, propre et luxueuse. Seul bémol les environs, à plus de 30 minute de la plage à pied car navette indisponible, peu de restaurant à côté des villas, mais nous restons tout de même charmé par notre séjour et votre accueil.

I am so happy I had choose Aleva Villa as the staff very friendly and room very comfortable .. definitely will be back here again .. they are few staff called Dewi, Tia & July all are absolutely friendly and I give excellent for they service and it very surprise for the birthday celebration even I simply mentioned during my booking .. good job all .. keep it up
