Brilliant stay at Bracha Villas

Had the most amazing stay at Bracha Villas - the location was perfect, the villas were so peaceful and quiet. The front desk staff, cleaning and service staff were all brilliant. The breakfast delivery to our villa every morning was really delicious. Would highly recommend this accommodation, yes it’s a bit tired looking in places but still amazing value for money

We enjoyed the location of this property. I had a fantastic surprise when housekeeping made a special display of rose petals and an towel elephant on the bed for my birthday. Unfortunately, the room was not pre checked for new arrivals(us) The following is a shortened version of what transpired. There was an empty water dispenser, no hot water in the shower, the pool was murky, and the filtration was not working, no pool towels, the safe needed new batteries and resetting. All of these were corrected after a heated disagreement with reception staff who said it would be done the next day.... NO WE WANT IT DONE TODAY, we paid for 9 nights not 8 Even though the bed was made perfectly the sheets were never changed (we stayed 9 nights) although the towels were replaced daily. Don't think the floors were ever swept, very gritty. Reception area very dark and unwelcoming, new door mats don't cost much, please buy some and that would give a kept and loved appearance at least. Note, don't break any glasses, we got charged 100,000 ($10) for one that we broke. Better villas for same price are everywhere, we strongly recommend shopping around. Not recommended to waste your money here, very tired and in need of updating.

Super clean, 3 bedroom villa with private pool was perfect. I had accidentally left the room safe open and the cleaners let the front desk staff know. At their first chance they let me know not to do that again. Only downside was the showers were a little cold.

Such a beautiful property with extremely friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was amazing. The bed was comfortable and the pool was wonderful. Walkability to local shops and restaurants was convenient. My only complaint would be that the shower temperature never exceeds like warm but after a day of sweating in the sun, that wasn’t a deal breaker.

Very dirty. The white bath towels have turned gray. The bed linen on both beds had what appeared to be blood stains. The pool was very dirty and appeared to have algae bases on the discolouration of the water. The hotel also way over charges for a shuttle to the airport. They want 309K but if you take a local taxi it’s only 100K. Overall very unhappy with the hotel. Looks good but it’s a pig with lipstick. Go elsewhere

God beliggenhet, til tross for trafikkerte veier rundt var det stille og rolig utenfor og inne i villaen. Personalet var svært behjelpelig og hyggelige. Alltid rent og pent. Helt grei frokost. Kort vei å gå til sentrum og spisesteder. Aircondition i alle rom som fungerte utmerket. Fint basseng med lys om kvelden. Savnet kanskje et par stoler og et bord utenfor slik at man kunne sitte ute på kveldene. Hadde ikke varmt vann i dusjen da vi kom og så vidt litt vanntrykk. Personalet kom med en gang og ordnet det så vi fikk både varmt vann og godt vanntrykk. Personalet ordnet transport til flyplassen, til en god pris.

Not great

Nice location but the advertised amenities are meager. No tea and coffee maker. Just a jug and teabags/instant coffee. Kitchen has inadequate cookware, no utensils to speak of. One small frypan one saucepan. You certainly couldn’t cook a meal or even breakfast. Breakfast provided was just ok. Hot water? Well there wasn’t any. Longing for a hot shower or a soak in the bath? Forget it. Bottled water? You get one small bottle per person per day. Although they did have a filtered water dispenser. Staff friendly but the place needs a refurb.
