The staff were really really friendly and helpfull. The breakfast was delicious and lots of vegetarian options. Even with other meals during the day the kitchen staff were willing to modify meals to accommodate us being vegetarian. The hotel facilities were pleasant, rooms were a good size and the pool area was nice and big. The bathroom was a little small, but good size mirror and ample storage space in the room. The only down side to this hotel is that it is away from the main part of Seminyak and not much going on around the hotel so you have to travel for other eating options, shopping etc, but the hotel do offer a free shuttle service to Seminyak square and Kuta twice a day which is really useful. Overall really enjoyed our stay at Ramada Encore and would stay there again

Nice pool and breakfast options were really nice. Showers are very mild however room condition is good. Staff were friendly, although lack the knowledge on things to do around seminyak. Thank you for a pleasant stay.
