The Serene Villas were amazing! They were tucked away down a long driveway and were a touch of paradise. We arrived very late after our light was delayed and were still welcomed with open arms. The nice young man at the airport was still smiling and happy to see us even after waiting for 2 extra hours. The staff at the villa couldn't do enough to make our stay as relaxing as possible. From breakfast set up each morning to the food and drinks ordered each day, it was first class. The gardens were beautifully keep and the pool was well maintained and refreshing. Thoroughly loved the place!

A misleading 5 star experience
This hotel is not a 5 star one, the breakfast options are way too limited and repetitive with low quality for a 5 star. The amenities are bad and they reuse the bottles, so they are lacking the color. The noise from around and inside the hotel, of motorcycles and cars, make me think that my villa was in the middle of a main street of Jakarta. Also the separation among villas is almost none existent, as I could listen to all the sounds produced by the neighbors.

Perhaps you were expecting a quiet isolated location like Ubud and beyond where you would have experienced a different atmosphere. Your reservation included our complimentary cooked breakfast with several different options should guests wish to have a varied morning meal. There are also numerous other items available for breakfast on or menu at extra cost.. Best regards

Awesome villas
Overall, stay was great. Villas were very nice, service was second to none. The only thing I’d want to change is seal the rooms a bit more from the outside. The doors close but a gap remains therefore exposing the inside and at times mosquitoes do come in. They do their best my putting down coils at sundown however. Overall a great stay tho!

Great stay, will come back again
Service is very good. Lotsa space for a 3 rooms villa with a good size pool amd depth. Had alot of fun just hanging around the villa. Location is decent, 15-20mins walk to malls and there's good restaurants and spa within 5mins walk from serene. Can consider booking the villa transport for tour or airport transfer, price is resonable.

The name says it all, it was completely serene and a world away from lively Seminyak. The photos don't do justice to just how lovely the villa was, and the staff couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. We'll definitely stay here again for our next Bali visit.

Spacious and convenient villa
We booked Serene Palm for the 6 of us and were blown away by the service and hospitality of the staff. The villa is conveniently located near food/massage parlours.

Amazing Villa with great service
We had a great time and will definitely be back! The breakfast was not your typical continental breakfast, it was made to order every morning with a great menu. The service staff were helpful and amazing.

Nice villa, but staff little intrusive
The villa is very nice and quiet, the staff is a little too much intrusive, and they come anytime without ringing the door, it can be very embarrassing. The only negative thing it's the lack of privacy.

Absolutely stunning Villas! Totally out did our expectations. The villas are in fantastic condition and so well maintained. Amazing staff who went above and beyond to cater for us. They accommodated for the honeymooners by providing champaign, roses and upgraded to a 3 bedroom villa all for free! Also gave my partner a cake for his birthday and gave all 9 of us cocktails for free!

Villa Design needs to be reconsidered
We stayed at the Lotus Villa, we had a toddler, now as you as the enter the villa you hit the little pool and also there wasn't a proper passage connecting the bedroom and the living room, adults can easily walk across, but it was quite a risk with the baby around, we had to carry over every time she wanted to walk across the rooms. If you don't watch your step, you could stumble and fall over the concrete stones and eventually land in the pool. So watch those with little ones. The Villa is not so private, from the pool we could the terrace of the adjacent office building and I believe we could be heard in the office which is just adjacent to the Villa. The Villa also opens to the entrance directly, you could literally hear cars and moped getting parked in the evenings and taking off in the mornings. Quite a disturbance. Not so private at all. Besides the above, the villa staff were great, helpful as you would expect.

Cracks are showing - literally!
The "recently refurbished" 3 bedroom Cendana Villa offered the WOW factor on arrival. However, this is where the WOW factor stopped. Firstly, this property is definitely not 5 star - it is more 4 star. The overall rating of this hotel would have been higher except we feel the overall average needs to be significantly lower. The layout of the villa is fantastic however there are many flaws in practicality, maintenance and finishings. There are still several line markings all over the house, noticeably large cracks in mirrors, leaking air conditioning, smelly drains, water stains in bathrooms, no TV reception and disgustingly GREY (should be white), threading towels. Service was inconsistent and lacking for the best part. The passing on of information between butlers rarely occurred and full turn down was occasional. These concerns were raised with the low level english speaking "manager" who did little to better our stay. This property is 1 of 30 villas that are managed by the same company who clearly don't take corrective action. Prior to arrival, Serene were emailed to make sure everything was in perfect working order. However, on complaint, the manager stated that the TV reception issue is a current "project" at Serene. (i.e not perfect!) He blamed the TV providers when next door had perfect reception. The pool was large and sufficient if not a little too hot and over chlorinated. Overall, won't stay again but good value for 3 couples looking for an OK experience.

Great Villa for the price, but taxis are required
We stayed in the Serene Lotus 1 bedroom. I was worried by some of the other reviews that complained about the street noise. I think these were written by people from the suburbs who aren't used to normal city noises. We found the noise level to be acceptable. The villa was all we could ask for at this price point (the plunge pool was perfect). Wita, our Butler, was very sweet and helpful. Our only complaint is that guests will have to take a taxi everywhere. The villa is located down a quiet alley way that connects to a more main street that has no sidewalks. You can try to walk during the day, but it isn't very pleasant. Walking at night is dangerous due to lack of lighting and significant traffic.

Amazing villa, the only choice for bali from now
4 of us(2 couples) stay at this 2 bedrooms private pool villa, we were so glad that we chose to stay there. the Villa is amazing big and beautiful(really worthy for the price we are paying), pool is super big enough to swim(not like some small pool you basically just sit in there, cannot swim). the other thing we do not like(and I know it is happening everywhere in Bali) is during the stay, the weather is super hot and humid, when we tried to stay at living room lounge with only hanging fan on the ceiling, it is still super hot(only both bedrooms have air-con), at night, there are so many mosquito even though the staff will light up incense every night(suggestion that they can put a floor to ceiling window glass on for living room area, so it can be closed with air-con and can also be open up if someone like to feel the natural are. the water running from tap at the bathtub is very slow, it takes like 1 hours to fill up the water, so i have to remind myself 1 hour to fill up the bathtub before enjouy my bath. the last amazing part is that it is Butler service, our butler Isna is amazing, we were so glad to have her.

Perfect week at Serene Acacia
We loved everything about our week in Serene Villas. Our butler Cipta was amazing. Breakfast was delicious. The staff could not do anything more than they already did. They make you feel like royalty. The villa is gorgeous and the pool area lovely. Great location too. Couldn't be happier to recommend this amazing place.

My best Holiday ever!
Serene Villas is a super place in a quiet neighborhood but centrally located in Seminyak. Superb service great food free water (!) and a great cook. Try the roasted pig! Very warm recommandation!

완전히 별채로 독립되어있고 수영장도 좋고 마당도 좋고 직원들도 친절합니다. 외출하지 않은 날 보니 청소도 정말 공들여 열심히합니다. 식사도 주방에 와서 아침에 직접준비해서 나오고 상당히 만족스럽습니다.

一筋入って静かです。
立地は良かったです。食事も少し歩けば お店もたくさんあったし、スーパーも 毎日歩いて遊びに行ってました。 ただ、朝食のオーダーの仕方がうまく 伝わらなかったのと出来立て感はなく 少し残念でした。

처음가본 발리 여행에서 있을 수 없는 추억을 선사한 좋은숙소입니다. 5명 성인 가족이 지내기에 충분한 곳입니다. 호불호가 갈릴수있는 화장실이지만 자연을 느낄수있는 화장실은 너무 좋았습니다. 발리공항과 가깝고 도심지역이라 맛있는 식사와 쇼핑거리가 충분했습니다.숙소로 들어가는 길이 좁긴했지만 이용한 택시들은 모두 앞까지 충분히 데려다 주었습니다.무엇보다 두번째 묵은 누두비치쪽 비싼 리조트에비해 저렴한 가격이지만 훨씬 훌륭하고 맛있는 식사와 서비스였습니다.숙소에서 받우 마사지도너무 좋았습니다.^^

従業員の対応が素晴らしい。チェックイン・チェックアウト時間や、フライトまでの空き時間の過ごし方、朝食のリクエストなど、常に親身に相談に乗ってくれ、また柔軟なサービス提供をしてもらえたことに感謝しています。　プライベートに使える敷地の広さがとても大きく、リラックスして過ごすことができました。　機会があればまた宿泊したいと思えるヴィラでした。ロケーションも中心地からとても近く、周りにもおしゃれなレストランやカフェが点在しており、利便性がたかったです。

Tolle Villa mit eigenem Pool und tollem Garten
Eine sehr schöne Anlage in der Nähe vom Seminyak Square. Sehr ruhig in einer reinen Anliegerstraße mit den 7 Villas gelegen.
