Gorgeous villa in perfect location!

14 of us stayed in this amazing 7 bedroom villa! It was exactly what we were looking for! Location was amazing and the service was next to none! Would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

Amazing villa in a perfect location

Everything about this villa was wonderful! It’s perfectly located in Seminyak and very spacious. The staff were just lovely and very accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.

Great villa in great location

We enjoyed a great weekend in Seminyak. The villa is very central allowing us to walk where we wanted to go. The accomodation was comfortable and the hosts very friendly.

A great place in Seminyak to base yourself.

Diaz and the staff took great care of us, organised airport transfers, and did a great job of keeping the place clean, neat and tidy. Communication was excellent. Would stay here again.

Perfect place for friends and family

This place is even better than the photos. It's a 500m walk down the gang to the main street with a Circle K on the corner for all of your groceries. The rooms are fantastic especially the two main rooms. I don't think I could have found a better place for myself and friends to stay

Beautiful oasis

Communication was great. Property as pictured. A true sanctuary in walking distance to great coffee and food. Good recommendations from hosts for eating, it was one of our favourites!

Best location and facilities

In an amazing location down a quiet residential street, but at the end of the road is lots of bars and eateries to choose from. Facilities were amazing i.e. pools, spa, tv and wifi. Water pressure was low at times, but hardly a sore point. The team also arranged for two extra single beds to be made up in the rooms for a small additional charge. Would definitely stay here again.

Family Holiday

WE HAD WATER ISSUES, NO WATER TOO BOTH MAIN BEDROOM TWICE IN 5 DAYS. not being able to flush, other rooms had low water pressure. The rooms were very comfortable, staff were very friendly, location was great, great set up, would highly recommend. pictures were spot on.

Villa Toscana

Very short of expectations. No one there to open the villa, no tea bags, no access to safe. What is supposed to be a water feature is a filthy dirty pit full of dark brown rancid water full of mosquitoes and other insects barely 2 meters from the kids bedroom and adjacent to the kitchen. It smelt like raw sewerage and was unsafe and very unhealthy. Three toilets were in need of attention two didn’t flush which was disgusting. My wife stepped on a path light and received a mild but scary electric shock, later a child on another light same thing.The concrete pool had a makeshift vinyl liner which was crumpled and wrinkled and very uneven at the bottom. There was a rotten timber housing over the pool pump with exposed rusty nails and the pump in the water was green covered in mould. I paid good money +$15k AUD for what was to be an amazing 50th anniversary with children and grandchildren. On booking I was quoted in USD which they then converted to EU then AUD which significantly increased the cost(Refer earlier case), housekeeping staff were good and tried to rectify situations to no avail. We have travelled to Bali a dozen times since 1997 and have never experienced anything as bad.We feel Stayz should have a better handle on the standard of accomodation you advertise. Refer my comms with host and I can provide some photos if required. Returning to Bali next year but could not recommend Stayz or Northern to any friends or business associates. Hopefully you will respond.
