“House was clean & just as listed. Host was very easy to communicate with. Would definitely recommend!!”

“Host was very welcoming house was great definitely a 10/10 can’t wait to book it again specially in the summer so we can use the pool ”

“The location was excellent, being close to campus: The house has been recently renovated, was clean, and was comfortable for our family. It was nice to have the backyard for dogs. However, there was no fence, which can be tricky for pet care. The house was adequately stocked to enable cooking. “Host was great, the outdoor area is where we spent most of our time & it was nice ”

“The kitchen was not professional cleaned. There was food left on shelves in the cabinets that was not in packaging. There was a mattress that looked like it had dried blood all over it. I have pictures of the bed. And also closet doors where off the hinges. My brothers had to put the outside gate back on the hinges.”

“Very clean and comfortable home for me, my husband, and our dog. Ease of communications with and responsiveness of the host could not have been better. Safe, quaint neighborhood is a pleasure to walk in. ”

“This property looks exactly like the listing. The stay here feels like home. The neighborhood is quiet and the host were amazing. ”

“We had an excellent stay while in Mobile. The host was easy to communicate with and responsive. The house is huge and our family had plenty of room to spread out. It’s an older quirky home but we liked the charm and character. The location was great for us. It was easy to get to restaurants and South Alabama. We didn’t realize this was a duplex until after booking. No major issues it was just unexpected to hear and have close neighbors. We will definitely consider booking again.”

“Very cute place in an adorable Mobile neighborhood!”

“This home was a little older, but it was perfect for our group. The location was great, and the home was clean and comfortable. We did notice a slightly musty smell, likely due to moisture in the home, but it was nothing that an air purifier or filter couldn’t help with. Overall, we had a good stay and enjoyed the property!”
