"We stayed during SU graduation and the staff could not have been more accommodating! They were incredibly helpful when we thought there was an error with the reservation and they did everything they could to make sure we had the rooms we booked. There were waters and snacks and decor that was so nice. We needed a late check out and the staff was so great when I called from the commencent ceremony and said we would be late. We highly recommend this property and would stay again if we are in Syracuse!"

"The breakfast really was lacking--only various forms of sugar and white flour. However, the room was clean, comfortable. The bed was nice, and there were several places to sit. "

"The staff brushed off the safety concerns when they were told the rear entrance lock was broken. The room a smoke smell to it. And the area was loud which led to poor sleep. Not pleased with the facilities for the price!"
