“Nice and convenient. Everything you need!”

“Very clean property just a couple of minutes from Seneca Rocks. Host was very responsive communicator.”

“I gave 4 out of 5 only bc we thought by the picture of Seneca Rocks that we would be able to see it from the cabin and that's not possible. The cabin was amazing. We were in cabin 4 and it was exactly as advertised. There is no soap mentioned and although there was hand soap, dish soap, shampoo and conditioner there was no body wash and the shampoo was almost gone probably bc guests before us washed their bodies like we did. The cabin was basically soundproof as we heard nothing but birds……

“We were a 4-person group of guys in our late 60s, there for a 5-night stay. The property met our needs, and it was very comfortable. Just minor issues. Got different wifi credentials prior to the trip, which could've been a disaster as there is no cell signal at the house. But the host did provide the proper connection info prior to arrival. The spiral staircase to the loft bedroom is very narrow and steep. Older guests should be aware of this. Some of the soap/shampoo/conditioner dispensers in……

“Nice clean! Had a great stay, will definitely be back!”

“We had a nice stay! The property was very nice and it was close to the creek for fishing! We had a great time! The host was very friendly and accessible at all times.”

“Very unique”

“Very relaxing property which we enjoyed while celebrating my wife's birthday. Great getaway to unplug and enjoy the natural setting. I highly recommend this property and the owner. Very informative and ready to assist. Can't go wrong perched in the "Crow's Nest"!”

“This was our second stay here. Clean property, everything you need is provided and cutely decorated. There were even apps loaded on the TV this time. Host easy to work with. We will definitely be back.”

“Beautiful cabin in a remote yet convenient location. The view from the back porch/deck was amazing. A very relaxing place to come after a busy day of hiking and sightseeing.”

“This is an excellent secluded cabin within an hours drive of multiple scenic views, waterfalls, natural wonders, and hidden gems.We had an excellent stay at this location.”

“A charming small house in a beautiful rural area. Hours went by without a car going by. Magnificent stars in the night sky.”

“We loved this little cabin! The host was amazing and quick to reply to any questions. The cabin was adorable and so cozy. We plan to return in the Fall to see the leaves. We will be repeat visitors!”

“The land of Canaan resort was a four star rental for me. It was very clean and comfy, the beds were soft and we had plenty of space. My kids also enjoyed all the amenities especially the pool and the game room space. I am giving four stars because of the WiFi situation. To get WiFi, you have to go through a third party and after paying for it, it hardly worked unless you sat near a window and only worked on one device. We had a family of 6. I also did not really communicate with the host at all.……

“The property was very clean, and the kitchen well stocked with everything we needed! The decor was dated (80s), the towels were pretty worn, the outside property could use some TLC (to make it more inviting), and the twin beds were uncomfortable. But to me, the cleanliness was the most important! Thanks!”
