“Why the hotel doesn’t have a drinks only all inclusive package is beyond me - we refuse to pay the excess for kids drinks as if your playing people like a fiddle €4 for wine & €6.50 for a kids “juice” mocktail
Hotel was lovely & clean, staff very friendly and a very good breakfast each & every day.”

“Très bon hôtel qui propose des chambres et des salles de bain spacieuses.
Points positifs : deux parkings gratuits, une grande piscine et un restaurant sont mis à la disposition des clients.
Le personnel est très serviable et peut parler français.
Enfin, la pression de la douche est un réel confort.
Points négatifs : beaucoup de moustiques dans la chambre, une image de télévision avec de la neige et un petit déjeuner buffet (moyennant 10€) qui mérite d'être un peu plus étoffé.”

“The hotel was really lovely. Very spacious rooms. Staff were super helpful. Pools need heating at this time of year but after the initial shock they were ok once you were in and kept moving! Roof top bar was lovely. Really nice local Italian five mins walk away called Il Borgo. There was also a nice beach restaurant accesible out of the back of the hotel down a boardwalk but it closed at 6. Local beach also lovely. We had a lovely lunch there. Car not needed if you just want to stay at the……

“Absolutely beautiful property! Deserta suite was beautiful and spacious! Views were amazing! Staff was friendly and helpful. Paid for suite with breakfast included and it was well worth it…so many delicious options. Not a lot of restaurants nearby, maybe 4 or 5 walkable, but local taxis are very reasonable (Uber is also significantly less than in US) and easy to get quickly. Lovely, quiet, relaxing area.”

“The hotel itself is beautiful and very clean. The rooms are spacious, nicely decorated, and comfortable. Unfortunately, the service was extremely disappointing.
It felt like if you didn’t tip the staff, especially during breakfast, they would completely ignore you. Most of the female staff working at breakfast and in the restaurants wouldn’t even acknowledge or speak to you unless you tipped them.
Honestly, it felt like you needed to spend at least €100 per day on tips just to receive decent……
