1) The first room we were given had a leak at the base of the toilet. It was disgusting to find within a few minutes of being in the room. The hotel changed our room which was the least they could do. 2) However, the new room had a sink drain which was not attached properly to the sink. It was more a hose loosely fitted to the sink which would suddenly detach when we tried to use sink. We had to use bathtub as the sink. 3) The hanger rack in the closet must have been about 7 feet high. We complained to the staff and were told all the rooms were like this. It was absolutely ridiculous how anyone is supposed to the closet. 4) In the hallway, the hotel was running some kind of aromatherapy but it was just so overpowering. 5) The furniture and towels provided looked very worn and fraying. The hotel was a HUGE disappointment!

Attn. Manager Hi, I stayed last night in room 510 and 511 for my co-worker but had some confusion when checking in. I had ordered through Hotels.com for Jenny to stay for 2 nights and I had 2 rooms booked for 1 night. The front desk said there was no such booking. Also for some strange reason we both received a phone call from management at around midnight. Also I asked the guy at the reception for a 6am taxi to be pre-booked and asked carefully several times if He understood me.It was important for our work at the golf event at the CJ Cup. Unfortunately in the morning there was no taxi and no-one at the front desk. I thought the front desk would have someone there by 6am. This was very frustrating.Can you explain why our Hotels.com booking for Jenny was not in the system and why the taxi wasn’t pre-booked? Regards, Peter

Comfortable and spacious
Service very good. The rooms are clean and everything looks in good condition. The only thing that I didn’t liked is that it looks better in the pictures and when we opened the door it was kind of meh. But dont get me wrong, its a nice hotel with a nice staff and comfortable rooms.

Stay a night and that's about it (unless u drive!)
You can take bus 600 from Jeju airport and stop at Jungmun tourist bus stop (u can use the T-money card). After getting off the bus, you will come to a cross road, cross over to the gas station, then cross the road again, now the gas station should be on your left hand side (you should be able to see the hotel from the bus stop). It is abit of an uphill climb to the hotel. We did see the ocean but its quite faraway. If you don't drive like us, we suggest to only stay a night (we stayed 3). Jungmum resort is quite boring, the attractions are quite dated. The beach is ok.. There are several eateries, starbucks and a newly opened Mcdonalds nearby so no worries about food. The staff we met knows only very basic English (we tried to get suggestions to other places of Jeju by public transport, in the end we just lazed around the area). The breakfast is very limited, and by that i mean if u go after 9am (breakfast ends at 9.30am), you might only get bread. There is only basic coffee, tea, white bread (butter & Jam), cereal & Milk, banana (i cn remember the menu, even after a few weeks that is how limited it is.) There are 2 massage chairs beside the gym (good to kill some time).

Room condition is good. Very clean and staff are kind. Amenities and Breakfast are so so. the location is a bit far from public transportation. However overall it was okay!

Great stay at Aria
The hotel is in a quiet area about 10-15 min walk from attractions like the Teddy Bear Museum, Ripley's Believe It or Not, Alive Museum, Cheongjeyeon waterfall. Very clean and nice room overlooking the area and sea (in the distance).

Very nice hotel but a rock for a bed.
The hotel was very nice. It looked nice on the outside, and the inside. The staff were top notch. Every time I asked for them to call a cab I had one there in 5 minutes flat. They even held our luggage for us after we checked out since our flight didn't leave Jeju for several more hours. The downside is that the bed was as hard as a rock. My girlfriend and I both ended up low on sleep after our stay because we just couldn't stay asleep on such an uncomfortable bed.

Nice hotel if you drive in Jeju
Nice hotel, but far from the main Jungmun resort attractions and the Limousine Bus 600 bus stop. Somehow I was under the impression that it was rather near when sourcing. It is near the main street where the local buses are, so if you are up to the challenge of taking local buses, the hotel location is ideal as the other hotels are further in the resort area. The hotel entrance is uphill, so be prepared for a small climb. Route from Limousine bus stop to hotel is also upslope. Staff is friendly, but service not like the hotel I stayed in Seoul. Room is big with bath tub. The doorway light in my room was spoilt and it seemed like it was spoilt long ago as the staff was seemingly awared when I requested them to fix it. Wasn't fixed during my entire stay. No staff updated me as to why it wasn't fixed too. TL;DR: Consider this hotel iff you really want to stay at Jungmun resort area and the main hotels are out of reach, and you either plan on renting a car or dont mind the daily hiking.

NICE AND GREAT VIEW HOTEL
I've stayed 2 nights, it 1 hour driving distance from the Jeju airport. Parking space was big enough. However, I am very enjoy to stay here because is not a busy area and relax but the surrounding shop and restaurant are close at 9pm (local hour). For sure I will visit again.

The room size is much smaller than we could except from the photos provided officially. Also， We paid extra fee for breakfast， but it only serve limited qty of white bread， boiled eggs and banana. We have to eat outside afterwards.

Nice hotel. Hotel is about 2 years old. Room size was good and clean. Breakfast is very very basic. Should have more choice of food. Staff was courteous and helpful. The complimentary massage chairs in the massage room is great after a whole day of sightseeing. Many restaurants around the hotel. Very near botanical garden and museums. Hotel is about 10 mins walk from the airport bus no 600 stop.

Close to most of the attractions and the staff is super friendly. It is located in a sleepy town but is not a far drive to the beach. Maybe 5 minutes. Overall the rooms were clean and comfortable. Great stay.

Nice small hotel in Great location
It is located just outside of big hotel town of Jungmun in Jeju but distance wise it is even closer to most of attractions than other big hotels.Since it is sitting on the hill, it has great view of south sea of Jeju. We stayed in a sort of family room with a King bed and a single. Beds are comfortable and clean enough and bathroom is roomy but nothing fancy. Price was OK. I would recommed this hotel to anyone who look for mid-range priced decent hotel in Jungmun area.

Great new hotel
We were traveling in Jeju in September. It was good choice to find this hotel. It's new. Openning was in the beginning of 2014. Room had very cozy interior with wooden table, bed & armchairs. Clean. Huge TV & free wifi. Seems like all rooms has seaview & Jeju Botanical Garden . The view was very wide and pleasant. Surprisingly breakfast was included. Breakfast was very poor, but staff very friendly. The hotel locates in a walking distance to restaurants, covieny & a lot of atractions (bars, club, casino, 5* hotels, several museums, botanical garden, golf, info center etc ). Definitely will stay here next time)

If you asked the front desk to do something they would oblige but as a whole the service was poor. Our room was not made up throughout the day and the breakfast was not up to western standards (only had toast, bananas, stale cereal and coffee). The location was good and it was easy to call a taxi.

Hotel is close to many Seogwipo attractions
Hotel was very clean but seems to be sparsely populated. Of course that's not the case. The hotel staff were very kind. I was very impressed by their communication skills and for their genuine concern for the customers. While the hotel is a little overpriced, the approachable staff made the stay very enjoyable!

The hotel itself is very new and nice - I think they opened in February of 2014. However, my air conditioning broke and I was told that the air conditioning was new and not working properly - and in fact this was the case throughout the hotel. They didn't have any kind of maintenance at night and I had to spend a very hot night there. However, the next day it started working again. At night, the front desk spoke very little English, but the day desk clerk spoke English very well. The breakfast consists of cereal, hard boiled eggs, a yogurt drink, toast and jam. The "exercise room" is an empty room (maybe for something like yoga?) but there is a "massage room" with very fancy automatic massage chairs that you can use whenever you want. The tourist information center is about a 1 minute walk and most of the activities in the Jungmun complex are close enough to walk to - probably 10-15 minutes.

Newer Hotel - Very Isolated
The price was great with a spartan breakfast included. Newly Opened so all is in good condition but very isolated. Without a vehicle transport to / from is challenging. Due to the new age, taxi's also are not well aware of the location. The staff was very friendly and helpful but the services were limited. No on-site restaurant or food options but internet was fast and easy use.

숙소 나름 청결했고 바다 전망도 좋았고 직원분들 너무 친절했지만... 티비는 리모컨이 안먹혀서 틀어보다가 꺼버렸고 아래층에서 밤 늦게까지 노래부르고 소리지르고 다른 객실에서 대체 뭘 하는지 쿵쿵 쾅쾅 드르륵 소리가 너무 잘들려서 제대로 잠을 못잤습니다... 변기 수압은 악한 편입니다. 위치는 중문 쪽 구경하시기 좋을 것 같고 주변에 흑돼지집과 횟집이 많아서 먹거리는 많았습니다. 객실에 이용 안내 책자같은게 있다면 더 좋을 것 같습니다. 부대시설도 카페 뿐이라 아쉬웠습니다.
