I arrived at the hotel and was greeted by warm and welcoming staff. We were given an upgrade to our room. Upon hearing that my cousin was celebrating her birthday they arranged for her to receive a surprise on the day before as we were busy celebrating on the day. Throughout our stay if we needed anything all the staff were really happy to help and always greeted us with a smile.

As a first time visitor to Korea and a solo traveller I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Location is great for shopping in Myeongdong as well as the Night Market, and great transport options nearby if you want to travel to other areas. More importantly the staff were amazing - friendly, knowledge and always happy to help. Will definitely be staying here again

Its was my first time in Seoul. The location of rhe hotel is perfect for street food shopping and transport. U could not b asking for more. The hotel it self is very good. Staff are very friendly and helpful and will an extra efforts to make ur stay a memorable one. Some people complain abt the rooms, yes rooms are small but as tourist u harly stay in the room. But room has everything u need. Will definitely stay again.
