You can tell this hotel is a bit older. Was a bit weary about the cleanliness of the shower and tub, as I took it as an indication of the cleanliness of the rest of the room. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Lack of natural light. Wasn't informed to leave key for cleaning, fresh towels etc had to ask for towels. No where to relax except bedroom so rather basic

It is an only hotel within two blocks radius from the hospital. However, it is what is known as love-hotel equipped with red lights. It is clean and free of stains, but I couldn't trust the place to believe it would be free of germs, bacteria, or virus.

The hotel staffs were very kind. They allowed me to stay several hours longer without a charge after a check out time. Water was very hot. The rate was very reasonable.

깔끔하고 저렴하고 강남세브란스 근처라서 병원이용하기좋아요. 강남세브란스 도보로 10분거리에요. 근처에 스타벅스있어서 잉여시간 보내기도 좋고 편의점도 걸어서 3분거리에 있어요. 주인분도 친절했어요'

강남 세브란스 병원을 방문하기 위해 가장 가까운 숙소를 찾다 보니 데미안을 찾게 되었는데요 시설이 약간 노후 되긴 했지만 아주 깨끗하고 조용해서 편하게 쉬다 올수있었네요 병원 갈때마다 이곳을 이용해야겠어요 가격도 갑이네요

가격대비 괜찮은 숙박시설이었습니다. 깔끔하고 간단한 아침도 제공하여 좋았습니다. 주변에 식당이 많습니다. 다만 작은 호텔이라 그런지 방이 좁고 방음이 잘 안되는 점이 있습니다. 저렴하고 단기로 머물기 좋은 시설 같습니다

부모님께서 병원가실때마다 숙박합니다 모텔급이긴 하지만 근처에 가장 가까운 숙박업소라 하루 자는 정도는 괜찮으시다네요 프론트스탭분들도 친절하시다고 하셨어요

방이 너무 덥습니다...
직원분들이 친절하시고 전체적으로는 괜찮았지만 방이 너무 더워서 창문을 다 열고 있어도 땀을 많이 흘릴정도로 더웠습니다. 중앙 난방 시스템이라고 하셨지만 방에 직접들어가셔서 얼마나 심각한지 확인해보셨으면 합니다. 전체적으로 온도 조절이 반드시 필요합니다.

방 냄새가 심한데, 특히 화장실 냄새가 심하고 1층 2층 방음이 안됩니다. 침대는 좋고, 일회용품도 주긴 주네요

청결하고, 침구상태 좋지만 금연객실이 아니어서 안타깝네요.
공간도 넓었고, 샤워실 및 화장실이 넓어서 편리하였습니다. 어메니티도 카운터에서 체크인할 때 지급해줘서 편했어요. 객실상태는 전체적으로 깔끔하였습니다. 가장 마음에 들었던 건, 침구였어요. 따뜻하고, 포근하면서 면의 촉감등 좋았습니다. 호텔이 아니라 모텔이지만 도곡동 대로변에 바로 있어서 늦은 저녁에도 안전하다고 느껴졌습니다. 하지만, 이 모든 게 저녁에 잘 때 기분이 나빠진 건, 샤워실에 담배연기가 가득 했다는 거예요. 샤워실 문이 유리로, 완전 잠금도 안되어서 방안까지 들어와서 펜을 돌려봐도 일정시간 지나면 꺼지는 형식이어서 잠을 이루는데 불쾌하였습니다. 객실 테이블에 재떨이와 성냥이 놓여있는 거 보고 이 곳은 금연건물도 금연정책도 시행하지 않는다는 점에서 놀랐네요. 직원분들의 친절함에 그냥 나왔지만 담배연기로 안타까운 후기입니다. 덧, 호텔스닷컴은 이 호텔의 위치가 산중턱에 표시되어 고객과 호텔에 피해를 주는 듯 합니다. 수정해야 할 부분이지 않을까요?

업무상 위치는 최고입니다. 하지만 기존모텔을 리노베이션한 느낌이라 보시면 됩니다.
