For those who have a car there is parking on site and for those choosing public transit there is a subway station directly in front of the hotel and buses in close walking distance. There is shopping from flea markets to high end boutique stores right around the property and of course so many good food options. The facility itself was beautifully decorated and the staff were all friendly and helpful. The only thing I found difficult was the light switches in the suite. I'm not sure how they can change that but it was all on a single controller panel but also there was no separate switch for the bathrooms which meant navigating through the dark very difficult. Otherwise it was a lovely experience. Thank you!

We loved this hotel! We got a free room upgrade to a suite which was absolutely wonderful - a huge room with loads of cool features like automated curtains and a separate dressing area. The location is great - it's about 20 steps to the nearest underground station and a very short walk to the main Myeongdong shopping area, including the night market, which we loved (we ate dinner there 3 times during our 4-night stay!). The staff are great and the bar is amazing. The décor may be an acquired taste for some but I loved it. Each day we looked forward to getting home after a long day of exploring to our lovely room. Highly recommend!

This hotel is furnished to a very high standard. We had a large room with beautiful decoration, a large comfortable bed and a very good bathroom and shower. Very convenient t for the subway, literally a few steps away from the front door. Highly recommended.

The staff was very helpful and as professional as you would expect from such an awesome hotel. We had an excellent time in the hotel and with the subway just outside and plenty of shopping it was a perfect location for our first trip to Korea. I can’t think of anyway it could halve been better.

It's a good hotel. The faux French decor is a little over the top - especially the artificial flowers everywhere however, it is beautifully located, and the staff are great. The lack of bathroom amenities (especially a shower cap) was really annoying however, this is in line with the hotel sustainability policy.

Great service! The front desk is very helpful! My husband and his colleagues wanted some authentic Korean food. The front desk helped to book a restaurant for us. They even drew map to help us how to get there( Google maps doesn’t work well in Korea). We were very happy about the food! The room is very spacious and clean. Very good location. Will stay again!

This property is gorgeous. As soon as we walk up it greets you with pretty lights and elegance. The bellhops are very nice and super helpful! 1 helped me walk my luggage part way towards the Airport bus stop since it was on a hill. The room is lovely. The kind of room that makes you smile as you enter. I'd love to stay here again.

All of the staff were superb throughout our stay. Unique furnishings and ambience makes a refreshing change to the usual four/five star chains. Bonuses include quiet location yet just a few steps from the Shinsaegae and Myeong-dong shopping/entertainment districts.

Best hotel experience ever!
This hotel is beautiful and very conveniently lcated within walking distance from the mall and the Myeong dong night market and right in front of the train station. The room was fantastic. Attention to detail makes a big difference. Tge bathroom was luxurious with tile floors and museum quality artwork. The mini bar was stocked with high end whiskey and tge service was so friendly. I have travelled all over the world and I would say this was by far tge best hotel experience I have ever had. My wife loved it too. Tye decor is French influenced and it felt like going back in time. I highly recommend this hotel. You will love it too.

Amazing hotel, great room with a lovely design which is kept throughout the hotel. Excellent service from all staff members. The bar and breakfast were great. The hotel is situated in a great location in Seoul and is right next to a metro station for easy access. Would highly recommend staying

They have the smart device called genie, it works magically as described with just a call on its’ name, I was able to utilise the functionality of the room. Occasionally they will provide free treats when I came back to my room which is also a nice touch to have for the guest. Hope to visit this hotel when I am in seoul once again :)

Beautifully designed hotel with the worst amenities, toiletries for 4 and 5 star hotels. In my South Korean tour, I used 7 different 4 and 5 star hotels, but I have never seen such a lack of basic room amenities, also in over 20 years of traveling all continents in 4 and 5 star hotels. It can be seen in the pictures everything they offer,nothing else. Many employees do nothing and without much care for customers, with only a few exceptions. If this is a franchise, sorry but the franchisee must be changed, it's a shame that such a large investment is managed with such professional incompetence.
