CONS -a bit dirty (I guess it goes to majority in Seoul location/destinations) -No microwave -No laundry PROS -It’s an ok location close to train and bus station -drinking water in hallway -12pm checkout OTHER -$10/hr if early check in before 3pm -old guy on nights doesn’t speak English so prep Google translate

We had the family room that is in the middle of the floor. The two tiny windows open up to the hallway, so it gets stuffy. When turning on the AC to 20C, it was blowing hot air for some reason making it worse. Changing the settings and modes didn’t help. Other than this, this place is great. Great location, super friendly staff, and quiet at night as it’s a side street off the shopping street.

Service is bad
The location was the ONLY thing that worked for us in this hotel. They did not serve breakfast, the room is not clean (check under the bed). the sink was clogged, at one time they gave us small habd towels and no bath towels.

It has everything you need for an affordable price. Comes with room cleans as requested and new towels and water. It has what you need and is right by everything happening in the Myeongdong area. AC unit could be slightly better and the room could be cleaned more deeply. Other than that, it’s fine for the price. As a young girl traveling alone, I felt very safe and content with what I recieved.

This hotel was the worst hotel i've ever stayed at it was so dirty, i stayed for 2 weeks and the cups provided were never washed. Had to ask daily for bath towels only to receive 3 hand towels or 1 bath towel and 2 hand towels everytime. The sheets were stained and even when fresh sheets were put on they looked dirty and had stains on them. The cleaning staff were very lazy and did the bare minimum. The walls were dirty too. The hotel had a list of amenities but when asked for at the front desk was told they do not provide the items listed; like irons for example. The room was extremely small no way was it a double room. Had to climb over the bed because there was no room to walk with my medium suitcase in the room. Leaving the hotel the staff refused to order a taxi for us to go to the airport. I have stayed in much nicer cleaner hotels for a cheaper price.

A simple, no-frills hotel. Beds were comfortable and daily room service was prompt. Morning breakfast was provided as well. Highly recommended for families travelling on a modest budget.

Pair of slippers ovviously used many times have been set in a room. TV wasn't working so I had to go to front and ask to re-set up 2 times. I had to go to front and ask to recover the power back in my room as Power gone easily 3 times while I stayed. Room was too cigarette smell even room sign said "non smoking" I never had a good sleep as emergency light was too bright. Receptionist was sleeping in a sofa visible in the morning so I carefully walked not wake them up. Receptionists helped me. But so many things happened to me so I only remember negative points.

The location is near to train station exit, walkable distance. Although the hotel is newly open, the mattress condition was bad. When we sleep on it, we can feel that the spring had spoiled already. Low quality mattress was used.

The very accessible hotel
It was an amazing stay. The receptionist is very helpful and accommodating. We arrived early in the Hotel around 10 a.m. I requested for help to contact the telephone of the tour operator because we are schedule to go by 11 pm. The hotel staff readily facilitated resulting into smooth arrangement with our tour that day. Its okay for us to just deposit our luggage at the counter because we are going to go anyway but they allowed us to check-in at our room without additional cost. The hotel location was very conveniently located. Near to the bus station and subway. Restaurants, coffe shops, and malls were all over the area. Just outside the main door of the hotel. Well stay in hotel again.

The staff are very helpful and friendly. The location was close to Myeongdong market and subway. The only thing is some cars can’t go all the way to the front of the hotel because of narrow street but overall it’s a excellent hotel😊

Clean room and location is great. Almost every is nearby. Very close to subway station. Staffs are very friendly. Breakfast was not perfect but it was okay.

Perfect location!
Great location. Central to everything in Seoul. Very close to bus, subway, and shopping! Very clean. Wish they would let us have 2 key cards to unlock room when we weren't together but otherwise good.

Property has just opened not long ago and second time staying here. First time in April they allowed me to early check in at 11am+ but now it has gotten greedy and requested for a fee of 30000won if I wanted to early check-in now (that was 10am+). So I waited till 1pm to check-in to avoid the fee. Their excuse was my room wasn’t ‘ready’ at that time, I’m Fine with that I can wait BUT why am I offered another available room Ready to check-in but had to pay 30000won?? Well, not rushing back, facilities was so-so but just don’t like the encounter I had.

The place is great it's literally right out in the middle of myeongdong street. As soon as you get out everything is right in front of you. Although it might seems a lil sketchy but the place is really safe. It's about 7mins walk from myeongdong station exit2 i believe. Taxi or any car wont make it through the place. So make sure you pack what you only need. I was expecting to do laundry by the end of my stay by unfortunately they dont have laundry facility. Very neat and clean, housekeeping does their job daily. When it comes to breakfast expect you cooking your own eggs hahaha i find it funny cause its my first time experiencing cooking my own meal on a hotel. Staff are very friendly and helpful. I would go back again.

立地、値段、スタッフさんの応対についてはとても良いと思います。 特にスタッフさんは日本語も堪能で、前もって荷物を預けるのも快く対応して頂き、安心して観光することができました。 設備面では、シャワーとトイレが同じ空間にあり、少しむずかしさがありましたが、排水もしっかりしており、問題はありませんでした。ただ、日本ではあまり見ない様式ですので、慣れない方は驚くかもしれません。 立地はとても良く、遅い時間まで観光を楽しめる場所だと思いますます。 ホテル1階に、最近オープンした韓国の地方紹介のブースがあり、スタッフも感じの良い日本の方が居て、興味ある人はソウル以外のお勧めの観光場所を聞いてみるのも面白いと思います。勿論無料でした。ここのスタッフさんもとても気さくな日本の方でした。

場所的にも大変良かったと思います。 「マヨネホテル」となってますが、正確には「メイワンホテル(May One Hotel)」です。 周辺には食事処も充実しており、寝る場所としてだけの利用であれば、満足だと思います。 浴槽はなく、シャワーだけで、シャワールームが狭いですが。(部屋にもよるかと思います。)

観光便利。部屋はとにかく狭い。
明洞の中心地にあり、観光には便利。 ただ、シングルの部屋は、入ってすぐベッド。 日本の◯パホテル以上に狭い。 あと、フロントは人がいないこともあり、電話しないと来てくれない事も。

先ずはホテルの名前は　マイ　ワンホテルです 当日　ベッドカヴァーをめくったらシーツに髪の毛が二本あり部屋を取り替えてと言ったけれど　入ってしまったのでとそして汚れたシーツの上に　たらしいシーツを重ねて敷いてこれ寝てと。　更に洗面台の排水管が外れていて汚い水が足にかかる。フロントに行ったら夜の管理の人が出て来て　とにかく見てと　部屋に行ったけれど　結局直せない。明日直すからこのまま使えと！汚いから嫌だ部屋を変えてと言ったら　シングルはない　ダブルなら更に二万ウォン追加だと言う。私のせいではなくてホテルのせいでしょうと言ったら　同じ階のダブルの部屋の洗面所だけ使ってと言う　仕方ないのでそうしたけれど　一々別の部屋の洗面所を突きに行くのはとても不便だった。 客に部屋を提供するなら　ちゃんと使えるかをチェックしてから　提供するのが普通だと思うけれど。 しかもホテルのミスならば　同じレベルの部屋が無ければ差額料金とらずに提供するべき。実際に洗面所だけ使った部屋は空いていたのだから。広い部屋が欲しいのではなくて　普通に使える部屋が欲しかったのだから。 こんな事はいままでで初めてで　酷い目にあったと言う印象はぬぐえません。酷かったんでしっかり髪の毛の写真も排水管が外れている写真も撮って来ました。必要ならば提供します。
