room was little small. It was a really busy hotel. Same building but three or four hotels really easy to get confused.

Lobby and Room is very nice and clean. Not much to do in the area after 8pm. Arcade still under construction and the 24 hour convenience store is on other side of the hotel.
I liked everything except I thought the restaurant prices on floor two was too exensive to use. I liked that there was a convenience store in the hotel open 24 hours. Love how close Yongsan Station is.
Fantastic hotel, with some great amenities. It's clean and the hotel staff are about as friendly as they can be. It's a little unclear which floors are off limits to regular guests. Whether or not that was the intention is anyone's guess. I wish I knew the pool was open I would have brought swimwear!
I booked a suite for my birthday weekend and it was amazing. The room was pretty big and very clean. It came with access to the executive lounge and free breakfast. Overall, the room was amazing, I will definitely be booking this room again!
Stayed here overnight prior to my flight back to London.
The towels werent clean which I asked for replacement. The previous guest may just have accidently folded it back.
What was worse was finding stains on the duvet the next morning as I was checking out. As you can imagine my flight wasn't a pleasant experience knowing that this room may not have been cleaned...

This is my 5th time staying at this hotel and it is always equally great. Staff is very kind and welcoming. The lounge and restaurant have a great atmosphere. Overall, another great stay!
