“If I could give this hotel zero stars, I would. I will try to upload photos. They tell the story better than words can. The cleanliness, condition, and service were shockingly poor. The “main entrance” works also as a service entrance for a nearby restaurant, with boxes of empty bottles, oily floors, and crumbling stairs leading to the elevator. There is no indication that you are entering a hotel. The entire building feels like a neglected relic from the communist era. The reception on the……

“The employees at the front desk were helpful and friendly. The size of the room is ok. The issue is with the breakfast. There were not enough choices, and some choices did not get refilled after they had been totally consumed by the guests. Parking is free, but bear in mind that the carpark is quite small and the road/tunnel leading to the carpark is quite narrow, need to be quite skillful to get in and out, particularly when you have a big car.”

“Really enjoyed my stay at Dominic Smart & Luxury Suites. The location is perfect, right in the centre so it’s easy to walk to everything and access public transport. The room was modern, clean and really comfortable and had everything I needed. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, and the whole place felt well looked after. I missed my Check-in due to flight issues but the staff made arrangements so I was still able to Check-in! I’d definitely stay here again and would……
