「Our check in was horrible. We booked the executive room a month before but when we got to the place we were told that the executive rooms are fully booked we will have to settle for standard room.
Firstly, we booked executive room because of a reason, now we had to settle for a small bed horrible shower and not to mention that the standard room was not that clean. However, we were moved to the executive room the day after. When we asked about the refund for Friday night, they came up with...

「Room and staff was fine. The problem was that the reservation we made via Expedia did not came through! And the oaynent we did to Expadia did not came through as well.
We were lucky that they had still rooms, which we booked and off course have to pay! We expect that Expedia will refund the money we paid to Expedia 」
