“We had a great stay; breakfast was fresh and had a nice variety. The staff was friendly. The rooms are big and comfortable, but they don't have enough light unless you keep all the curtains open. They have a nice gym area. The hotel is well-located, but they don't have parking. Behind the hotel is a car park, where you can pay €3 all day. ”

“Very convenient for a 0505 flight the following day. Though no shuttle to airport when we checked out that early, the 5 minutes walk to airport did not create any problems unless you have lots of luggages. Check in out very smooth, buffet dinner at 20 Euro plus complimentary breakfast (even at 0230 continental breakfast) made it very convenient. Clean tidy and smooth I would stay again for and early flight from Lisbon.”

“This hotel was amazing. Very clean, friendly staff, they go out of their way to assist in every way. 24hr room service. They did something very nice for me for my birthday. The hotel is located in a great location, right across from a mall, near the water. Has restaurants and bars on site. Very responsive through email. I highly recommend staying here. My family and I would absolutely come back here every time we stay. ”

“Excellent location at Baixa, convenient to walk to main attractions or take the metro or railway to suburbs in Lisbon. It is centrally located with a lot of shops and restaurants. The breakfast buffet is a great surprise, with lots of options and freshly made eggs / omelets and coffees/teas of your choice. The front is also rather helpful. We totally enjoyed our 6 nights of stays and would no doubt book the hotel again if we visit Lisbon again.”
