「Above par hotel. Not impressed.」

「I have been bali over 15 times! this is one of good experiences, except one or two staffs thought us are Chinese with different treatment .most of staffs are excellent ! 」

「Pros - very close to the airport and free shuttle every hour - decent size swimming pool - restaurant food is ok but portion may be too small for some Cons - the shower design is problematic - the bathroom floor was flooded after use 」

「Value for money. Stayed in a room with a small private pool. A better choice than using the small public pool. A bit crowded there.」

「Beautiful grounds, staff helpful with information and property close to walking to restaurants and shopping. Pool room was amazing」

「An unforgettable experience. Nice hotel with super friendly staff.」

「I don't think the pictures do this hotel justice. I think it is better than the pictures. Everything is perfect from the room, the breakfast, the location, the amenities, the pool, and all the greeneries within the complex. Don't forget to check the pet turtles and pet rabbits! I missed the balinese theatre dinner unfortunately so if possible, do stay in this hotel on Mon, Wed, or Fri and book a dinner and show session.」

「I am impressed by the friendly staff and the hospitality of the hotel. There are a 30-minute complimentary spa and a food voucher upon checking in. I am particularly thankful to the restaurant manager who allows me to take away some food for lunch since check-out time is 11am and shuttle bus to airport departs at noon. 」
