「Couldn't locate the showers for the Turkish sauna so was unable to shower before. Also , one of the saunas had no humidity and the other was too hot!
Otherwise, all else was superb including the delicious meals and the staff. We really enjoyed our visit. Thank you for a wonderful stay.」

「The location is great
The staff is very accomodating to reguest and offer help in a passionate way. I was traveling alone and they helped plan my days by giving me places to visit and food options while there
My luggage didn’t arrive for 3 days and they told me where to go for clothing as well as called the airlines for updates. The restaurant had no problems with me desiring to eat in my room instead of the establishment. Will stay there again on return

「Hyvä, rauhallinen sijainti lähellä keskustaa. Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä ja palvelualtista. Aamupala runsas ja maistuva mutta valikoima sama koko ajan; ei haitannut kun oli tiedossa. Huone (226) tilava ja siistijät tekivät hyvää työtä joka päivä. Kattoallas käytössä myös maaliskuussa ja hyvät näköalat sieltä.」

「Das Hotel macht einen guten Eindruck und es war stets sauber. Die Zimmer sind groß und die Betten bequem. Das Personal ist stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Wellness-Bereich ist bis 22 Uhr geöffnet, sodass man nach einem langen Tag dort noch etwas entspannen kann. Das Frühstück ist gut, jedoch gibt es leider nur Rührei aus der Tüte - das sollte bei einem 5-Sterne-Hotel nicht sein. 「Bright, clean, affordable, lovely pool, breakfast is included with the room, parking is available right outside the hotel at about .50/hour.
($20 US overnight) - rough estimate.
Parking on the street is SUPER limited and the streets are SUPER tight. 」
