「Loved it」

「Great location, right on the marina. Rooms were spacious, clean and well furnished with fabulous views. Breakfast was very good, with lots of choice and constantly replenished. The Purobeach clubs (one on the beach itself and the other around a separate pool) are a nice touch but not particularly good value for money. Staff are generally very pleasant and helpful with the significant exception of the front desk and the Purobeach reception team, who were bordering on rude and not to the standard...

「If you want sleep and peace after a long journey, this is not your place, doors slamming all hours furniture scraping on the ceiling. Two encounters with combative staff. Don’t forget to take your room towel to the pool, you won’t be given another and have to go ALL the way back to your room to get them!! Very rude front desk member asked why we didn’t take ours when we asked for pool towels, there were no signs that the towels in the room were needed for the pool! Then at breakfast be prepped...
