“Très bien situé, le personnel Très serviable et souriant, l'hôtel Très propre, la piscine superbe, la chambre Très propre et le service aux chambres excellent. Je retournerais avec plaisir !”

“The room we stayed in was an unusual floor plan. Everything was very sparse. Both bathroom doors had to be slammed to get them to remain closed. Had very few amenities for what was called “a five-star hotel”. Had to continually ask for towels, tissue, and toilet paper. Disappointing. However, the concierge staff was helpful in activity planning.”

“Hotel is conveniently located in downtown Ponta del Gada and we had a room with a view of the harbor, which was fun. The front desk staff were really helpful, setting us up with ebikes and parking. The breakfasts were excellent, especially the cooked to order omelettes. We had dinner at the restaurant one night and it was one of our best meals. Only complaint is that the bathroom was too dark - hard to get ready when you can hardly see yourself! But this was minor and we had a great stay.”

“A very nice place for a getaway. The hotel is modern and clean, and situated in a good location.”

“The hotel is located near the center of the older part of Ponta Delgado. The rooms were well designed and very comfortable. Staff were very friendly and provided prompt service. The bar and restaurant had convenient hours and the breakfast included with the stay was excellent. I would not hesitate to stay here again on my next visit.”

“It was my first time there I really enjoy. We always go back there. It was very clean. Very very pleasant. I love having the parking underneath. It was the greatest.”

“Stayed at the property for 7 nights. It was amazing! The hotel is beyond clean and very spacious rooms. Comfortable beds, large balcony that we enjoyed everyday. The staff were wonderful. Breakfast buffet offered many delicious choices. The hotel is in a great location. The only negative was the coffee ma Hines that regularly broke down, staff tried their best to fix, however it did crated long line ups for coffee. We really appreciated our room being available to us at 6:30 am after a……

“The room was clean and quiet. The breakfast in the morning had a lot of items to choose from. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. We would stay here again.”

“Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Geräumige Zimmer, sehr sauber, großer Pool auf dem Dach, tolles Frühstück. Sehr gute Lage”

“We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was clean, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast could be improved, as there is room for more variety and better options. The location is good for exploring Ponta Delgada city and its historical sites, with many attractions easily accessible. However, if you plan to explore other parts of the island, I highly recommend renting a small car,(free street parking after 8pm. The parking meter kick in 8am, so just get your parking……

“Beautiful grounds and access to the thermal pools after hours”

“loved everything about this place but especially the spa massages i received.”

“Bien situé au centre ville . Bon déjeuner mais si vous voulez du bon café demander aux personnels car celui au buffet goûte l’eau. Ils vous ferons un bon expresso. Belle petite terrasse pour prendre le dejeuner. Magnifique piscine sur le toit.”
