“5 star... It is not. It's an airport days Inn at best. And I'd take the days inn. Entering the lobby at first you see nice lounge seating, it seems a tad out of date, and that trend continues. We'll fast forward past the unenthusiastic staff at the front desk ( there were exceptions ) when we called to ask where the ice machine was, they showed up with a plastic bag of ice... The young female working was clearly embarrassed for having to work with minimal support, which seems to be the theme……

“Die Wohnung hatte eine tolle Lage (auf der Insel) und eine schöne Aussicht, zusätzlich super ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Leider hatten wir für den Preis mehr Sauberkeit erwartet, es waren noch viele Haare der Vormieter in der Wohnung, in der Dusche war ein wenig Schimmel, Handtücher und Tassen mussten wir selbst vor Benutzung nochmal reinigen. In der direkten Nachbarschaft werden einige Hunde in Zwingern gehalten, die die ganze Nacht bellen. Ab 5 Uhr fängt zusätzlich ein Hahn an zu……

“Clean accommodation with a beautiful view of the cliffs. Good proximity to access all parts of the island. Not necessarily close to beach but still a good accommodation. Good communication from from host.”

“Nous avons passé un très agréable sejour dans cet ancien couvent réaménagé avec le confort moderne. Le cadre du bâtiment est extraordinaire, les espaces extérieurs sont un parc arboré et fleuri. La piscine est propre ainsi que les abords. L'accueil de l'arrivée au départ est très professionnel et sympathique. Le petit-déjeuner est composé de produits frais, dont des ananas cultivés dans les serres de l'hôtel. Boissons et pâtisseries restent à disposition des clients toute la journée. ”

“Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft gerne weiter. Karen ist eine wunderbare Gastgeberin. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Auch die Lage ist gut, mitten im Ortsteil S. Cruz.”
