We had a little difficulty checking in but that was because there were no people there and we had a hard time figuring it out. That being said, the room for as small as it was, seemed bigger because it was arranged well. The breakfast choices were excellent.

Check-in was frustrating. Our lesson learned - check in and setup the digital keys before you arrive. We were a group with 3 rooms and it was not clear how to encode the key when using the kiosk as there were 3 places a keycard could be placed. Once we realized which one it probably was, it was not working. The kiosk was throwing an error that said to contact staff but provided no means of how to do so. We did not have any cell phone or wi-fi service in Sevelen so we were not getting the emails about checking in successfully or instructions about the digital key. We eventually drove 10 minutes to get cell service, checked in online and then were able to use the digital keys. Everything else with the stay was good once we figured out how to access our rooms.

Lovely hotel

Great room and loved the self service breakfast! Only issue was glass walls/door to bathroom - not great if you are staying with anyone other than a partner.

Kiosk Trouble

The room, breakfast, bed, bath, were all great. But we had trouble checking in at the kiosk. Had to call the number and got help from a nice lady. But it was frustrating!

The room was nice but we spent a lot of time to enter into a room. There was no person at the front and we had to check in by the machine. Right after I checked in, I received an email from the hotel but it was totally written in German and there was no English instruction at all. So I had to spend much time yo find out how to enter the hotel and room.

The check in process was terrible. It took 1 hour of our time and 3-4 staff to troubleshoot how to open our assigned room. With my troublesome knees, I had to go up and down the stairs (the elevator didn’t work without a working room key!) several times before I could open the our room. Never experienced anything like this

Mit der Buchung hat alles geklappt online Check in und Check out. Zimmer alles sauber Wir wahren mit dem Fahrrad unterwegs und mussten diese vor dem Hotel Parkieren es wahre gut wenn es Möglich wäre zum das E-Bike zu laden wen man den Akku noch vom Bike entfernen kann. Frühstück ist in Ordnung.

Hotel informatisé. Aucune personne ni de jour ni de nuit. A notre arrivée, le système ne fonctionne pas à l'extérieur; La porte ne s'ouvre pas; après appel sur hot line en anglais avec une personne maitrisant mal l'anglais, nous avons enfin la porte ouverte MAIS IMPOSSIBLE avoir la chambre malgré de multiples essais de code. Le système ne fonctionne pas. La responsable n'est pas dans les environs de l'hôtel. Plus de deux heures sans rien, nous devons renoncer et chercher un autre hotel. L'HOTEL A DEBITE NOTRE CARTE DE CREDIT; C'est malhonnête.

Een heel keurig hotel(tje), zonder receptie, digitaal in checken dit was even wennen. Kamer heel keurig, prachtig sanitair en keurig schoon. Er is geen personeel aanwezig is (smart hotel).
