"The cart staff were so friendly and efficient. The trail house staff were knowledgeable and helped us choose the best option. Restaurant and pool staff service was not good. It was difficult to order pool side . They seemed short staffed. Would have to flag them down, repeat missed orders. At the restaurant the hostesses told us to find a table. But then the server told us we needed to see a host. Drinks and food took a very long time. Fish tacos were not edible."

Gorgeous, luxurious, and surrounded by incredible natural beauty—highly recommended. The property manager was excellent. They provided clear, timely information for check‑in and worked closely with us throughout the reservation process to ensure everything was perfect. They made sure the pool was fully usable and quickly addressed anything that needed attention. Their responsiveness and care added so much to our stay."
