“We had a little problem with communication with the hotel before we arrived but the Yunos, the night shift service manager explained it clearly to us . “This is the best hotel I have stayed in since my month-long trip in Turkey. The quality and facilities are the best and modern. The furnishings is very new, the lighting is great, the air conditioning is comfortable, there is also a floor heating system, and the breakfast is delicious and diversed. I'm very satisfied. Some disadvantages are that the Dolmus from Otogar to the city center is almost full in the afternoon and evening, so I can only reach the hotel by taxi. And the hot water bottle……

“C'est la deuxième fois que je viens de cet hôtel à Van et j'en suis très contente. Les chambres sont confortables et grandes et le personnel est très aimable (juste à noter qu'ils ne parlent pas trop anglais). La salle de restaurant a un balcon et une vue magnifique sur la montagne. La localisation est très centrale. Merci pour cet agréable séjour.”

“Van Life Hotel was very nice hotel and I enjoyed my time there. It is clean, quite, in a nice neighborhood close to the city center. The only shortcoming was the air-conditioning which sometimes worked and some other times did not. However, the time I was there it was not so hot and being in upper floors helped with air-conditioning. ”
