Excellent Location - wonderful accomodations

Nicely situated Condo on 7-mile beach, adjacent to Cemetery beach and great snorkeling right off the beach. The condo is well appointed, and comfortable. Highly recommend booking this unit for your visit to Grand Cayman

Wonderful!

The location with a private beach and pool is as amazing! The property is beautiful and well kept! Had some issues with the door lock and a broken TV for over half our stay but overall the place was wonderful!

Amazing Family Vacation

Our family of 8 adults and 3 children had a fantastic vacation. There was plenty of room. The Condo is as described and well equipped. The Condo is located on a beautiful stretch of low traffic beach. It offers very good snorkeling. The pool was great for the kids. The views from the balcony are great. We can highly recommend this for a family vacation.

Truly a beautiful location on Seven Mile Beach!

This villa was so beautifully appointed inside and out. Gorgeous pool and hot tub and steps to the Beach and turquoise Caribbean. Beautiful views from the veranda with your morning coffee. We felt so secure in this Unit. Would vacation here again for sure!!

Beautiful, Spacious, and Convenient

Our family (6 people) spent 6 nights in this condo in January 2017 and it was one of our best vacations ever. The condo is beautifully decorated with plenty of room for all, and near many shopping and vacation activities. We particularly enjoyed sunsets from the balcony, the pool/beach, and nearby biking and snorkeling. We would love to come back again soon!

Total R&R at Sea Breeze

We enjoyed a great week in this beautifully decorated and very well equipped Condo. The location on Seven Mile beach was excellent, being close to the excellent snorkeling off of Cemetery beach and the nearby amenities of the well stocked supermarket and restaurants. The private beach is well kept, along with the pool and hot tub, with various options of outdoor furniture to lounge in and enjoy the beautiful scenery. Tranquility and luxury.

Week in paradise!

The property and condo were absolutely beautiful and very well maintained! Our group pretty much had the pool and beach area to ourselves most of the week. We rented paddle boards for the kids and they had a great time going out to see the sea turtles not too far off of our beach. We found lots of great restaurants to eat at and we will definitely be back! On-island property managers Monica and CJ were wonderful to work with as well

Spectacular Accommodations!

Everything about our stay at Sea Breeze was lovely! The condo is absolutely beautiful - just as pictured and even better in person. Comfortably fit me, my husband, 3 adult children and their husbands/wives. The private beach and pool were wonderful. Location was great - near grocery stores, short drive to restaurants. Prepared lunch at home often and there is a communal grill by the pool. Highly recommend!

Great place and location

Location was great and worked well for our family of 5 with college age children. Each person had their own bedroom and bathroom. Grocery store is walking distance so we could get food for breakfast and lunch and dinners are a short taxi ride away. Snorkeling is great off the beach so make sure you bring your gear. The only hiccup was it is on the 4th floor and the elevator was down for two days. Will definitely consider staying in property in future trips.

Beautiful Condo

My siblings and I stayed at this beautiful condo for 4 days a few weeks ago. The unit is gorgeous. Looks brand new with high end amenities throughout. Beautiful views from the balcony . Lovely pool and of course pristine beach[ which they rake every morning in front of the unit. The unit surpassed our expectations in every way.

WOW!!

Our extended family of 7 (including 2 young children) found this to be the perfect beach property. The 4 bed, 5 bath condo had every amenity, was very roomy as well as beautifully and comfortably furnished, and was situated conveniently to groceries and beach restaurants. Our little ones loved the pool; snorkeling and the beach was wonderful right in front of us, and we used the grill, hammock, and beach palapa with loungers regularly. A perfect sanctuary for a relaxing and quiet seaside getaway!

Extraordinary Property!

We have visited Grand Cayman many times and this is by far the nicest place we've stayed on Seven Mile Beach. The condo is very spacious, decorated beautifully with state of the art technology. Several flat screen TV's, Wifi and Sonos Sound throughout. The terrace is spacious with a glass railing so even while seated you have an unobstructed view of the beauty of Seven Mile Beach and the sunsets. Beautiful private pool, hot tub and beach. This is truly a 5 Star accommodation. I would highly recommend!

BEYOND AMAZING

Wow wow and wow!!! We loved the Seabreeze #8 so much! It was beyond our expectations. Sweet Llion and his wife have created an oasis for beach lovers. Perfect location, perfect accommodations, ease with booking and so lovely, there are not enough beautiful adjectives to describe it!!!! Thank you from the bottom of these Indiana folks hearts!!! We shall, return. If I'd had my way, I would have never left!!!!!

Great place for large families

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Very spacious and had all of the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. Perfect location for snorkeling right off the beach. Great pool and beach seating, with plenty of shade. We would definitely go back. The only negative was the cleanliness. The cleaner was there every day, but was very superficial and there was dust in all the corners. The couch and rugs were not cleaned well. She didn't run the vacuum once during the entire week. Otherwise a great place!

Beautiful property

We have been wanting to go to the Cayman Islands for a while since our original vacation was cancelled at the beginning of Covid. This property did NOT disappoint!! Perfect for my husband and I along with our 2 teenage girls and 3 of their teenage friends. Everyone had their own bathroom and the kids LOVED the media room where they watched movies every night. The streaming services were perfect for them. And the pool and private beach were beautiful! I do recommend renting a car as not much is within walking distance. But there is a grocery store right near the property that is very convenient and they have everything you would need. The perfect vacation and the perfect property!

As good as it gets!

This was our first time to Grand Cayman and this condo couldn't have been more perfect for our group of 4 adults and 2 teens. Every bedroom has an attached bathroom so even the teens didn't have to fight for the shower :) It was spacious, very clean, and tastefully furnished. The turquoise waters of Seven Mile Beach greeted us every morning as we had our coffee on the deck overlooking the pool and beach. Amazing upscale restaurants (e.g. Calypso Grill, Cracked Conch) and casual beach side tiki bars (e.g. Macabuca, Calico Jacks, etc.) were just minutes away by car. Evening swims in the pool under the stars topped off each day. Kitchen was well stocked and included a powerful blender perfect for afternoon tropical smoothies! We would not hesitate to rent this property again or recommend to friends and relatives.

Beautiful condo, perfect location

Our family of 6, including 4 teens, stayed for spring break and had a wonderful time. The condo is beautiful and updated, everything worked, owner and property manager are very responsive, housekeeper visited daily and kept everything spotless. The building has 8 units, 5 of which were occupied during our stay. I'm glad it wasn't more crowded, but there was enough room for everyone at the building's pool and beach. The location is really great - it is located on the north end of Seven Mile Beach in the West Bay area, away from the larger resorts and beaches where the cruise ship passengers go. Grocery store is a couple of blocks away, but there aren't many restaurants or shops within walking distance so you will want to rent a car or budget money for cab rides. There is good snorkeling right off the beach on either side of the condo. We loved it and can't wait to return!

Amenities

No paper towels or Kleenex or napkins. Sliding glass door was very difficult to open. Chester drawers in second bedroom and nightstands would not open because it handles not being there. May need a master bedroom mattress soon. Bedroom doors need to be open a little bit for them to be cool.

Luxury living on the SMB

We were impressed from the moment we opened the front door. Not only could we see the ocean from the front door but the interior of the condo itself was beautifully decorated in a modern "beach" theme. The photos posted don't do it justice. There is great attention to detail in every room and nothing was spared in making it feel like home. From the kitchen having everything necessary to make a Thanksgiving feast to each bedroom's comfy beds and linens. Outside we walked straight out to snorkel at Cemetery Reef (snorkel gear is available in the condo as well). The location on Seven Mile Beach is convenient to grocery stores and restaurants while also being very quiet for a peaceful retreat. The owner was very easy to work with from our first contact to after we returned home. He called to make sure we had what we needed while on the island and after returning home he followed up to make sure we were happy. We have been to the Cayman Islands many times, we are sure to be back at Seabreeze #8 again. This rental did not disappoint!

Beachfront Luxury in Cayman!

This is a absolutely stunning villa. You can stop looking now because it does not get any better than this. Mere photographs don't do enough justice for this gem. Beautifully appointed with every imaginable feature Sea Breeze 8 will give your whole family plenty of wonderful memories. My wife just loved the interiors and decorating which is so tastefully done and I loved the the layout of the home, the quality inclusions, the Sonos sound system, great wifi and the movie room. The kitchen is fully loaded with everything you need, indeed everything about the villa is very high quality and nothing has been overlooked. There was plenty of space for our little groups to hang out like the balcony, media room and the lounge so it always feels very spacious. We could move in tomorrow! The beach in the front of the villa is just perfect. The water is clear and clean and you can swim and snorkel right in front of your house. The long beach walks in either direction are real stress breakers and we won’t forget those sunsets any time soon. Although we didn’t need to use the pool this time is looks very inviting especially at night!
