Smokey Mountain Getaway

We enjoyed our stay. The property management communicated very well and the house was as described. It was close to great hiking in the Smokey Mountain park, a dollar general and local resturant and general store.

Nice but could use a good cleaning

The location of this cabin was just what we were looking for, secluded but not too far from town. Unfortunately, the cabin wasn't as clean as we would have liked. The toilet seats both had mold on them, spider/cobwebs in the sink and throughout the house. The biggest disappointment was the hair and dirt found in the fridge/freezer. In addition, we had to clean the jacuzzi due to dirt and grime. Kids enjoyed the fire and smores along with the hot tub.

Dirty

The bathroom with the bath tub was dirty. The upstairs shower leaked forcing my guest and I to use the same bathroom. I don’t understand the need to charge a cleaning fee, if it was dirty to begin with. We left a day early because we were disappointed with the cleanliness.
