Very cozy and beautiful tiny home cottage. Long Springs Tiny Homes has a great location in Sevierville out of the crazy tourist area but close enough to enjoy. It is 15 minutes to DollyWood and Pigeon Forge and about 30 minutes to Gatlinburg. Back roads will get you wherever you want to go without getting stuck on the strip.

The space
Come enjoy this luxurious tiny home cottage in the Smokies. This cottage feels very spacious with its high-beamed ceiling. It has a large bathroom with a large soaker tub with endless hot water. It has a comfy queen bed and a futon bed best suited for a kid. There is a foldable mattress to top it with for extra comfort. The floral décor and the hardwood floors make this tiny home quaint and cozy.
Guest access
We really encourage outdoor living in the Smokies so we also have a charcoal grill outside of the home and a picnic table where you can gather outside and enjoy your meal. In the common area you will find relaxing hammocks, picnic tables, corn hole, horse shoes, fire pits and a playground. There is a local Neighborhood Walmart or Food City very close place to pick up fire wood or charcoal. To be able to fully enjoy the outdoor space during the summer months, we recommend bringing some bug spray.
Interaction with guests
We are not onsite however you can message or call us if anything comes up during your stay and we can get you taken care of. After booking you will be given self check-in instructions and lock box code to be able to enter your home. A guest book with additional information will be located in the home.
Other things to note
We do have Pack 'n Plays available. Let us know if you need one and we can have it in the cottage.
NO SMOKING of any kind in the homes. If smoking outside make sure all doors are closed so no smoke gets in. If smoke smell is found in the home guests will be charged a $500 fee. It is incredibly hard to get the smell out for the next guest so we hope guests will respect us enough to honor this policy.

Charming cottage in the woods!!
My husband and I just happened to stumble upon this gem online.. we were looking for a place to stay for my birthday weekend. It was hard to find something that was in our price range and was unique and fun.
The owners were so thoughtful to have a birthday card waiting for me when we walked in.
We absolutely loved our stay here! So clean, adorable 😍, relaxing and quiet. We will definitely be visiting here again 😊 it was raining so we didn't get to enjoy the outdoor areas, but we will be back!! ❤

This place was perfect
We loved staying here for fall break last week. The cottage was the perfect size and it was very comfortable to stay in. We loved using the fire pit in the middle of the community too. We definitely will be back next year I highly recommend it to anyone looking.

My husband and myself stayed at this tiny home during Memorial Day weekend. The house was so cozy and more enjoyable than staying in a hotel room. Easy check in and check out and the owners were very responsive before our stay. Such an enjoyable place to stay!
