The host was very responsive. It’s a nice house, in a good location. Easy drive to both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The house feels secluded and the area is quiet.

The house was perfect for a big family gathering with lots of kids. The bunk room and game room were superb! The house was comfortable, well-maintained, clean and very good bathrooms! My only complaint is seating in the living room only accommodates 4-5 adults. However minimal the seating, the couches were VERY cozy and comfortable! We would absolutely stay here again.

The hot tub was nice. There were a few issues we had like one of the car video games wasn’t working. Also, the tv remote in game room wouldnt work and had trouble getting maintenance to address this issue so kids unable to watch movies/tv in “movie room”. Basement area was smaller than expected. Small pedestal vanities in the bathrooms left no counter space and limited shelving for the shareable bath was not ideal. The fireplace in the living room didn’t work and there was not adequate seating in the living room for a house that sleeps 10, although the couches there were comfortable. House was overall okay but very dated.
