Absolutely Gorgeous

This cabin was amazing and absolutely beautiful. Even prettier than the pictures. I would definitely stay here again with my family, we loved it here. Has everything you need right there at home to have a relaxing but fun vacation.

The property was great but the cleanliness of thr property had a lot to be desired. There were several personal items left by the guests before our arrival

As Advertised

The cabin is as advertised. It was easy to check in and the instructions for check out were clear and relatively simple. Our primary issue was that the heated pool and pool room weren't warm enough for the small children in our group to enjoy swimming. We contacted the property manager to request that either the room or the pool be warmed up a little bit. We were advised it was necessary to contact the owner, and we could expect a returned call. We did not received a returned call, and to the best of our ability to tell, the temperature situation was unchanged.

Disappointed

The description of the property was misleading, we called the property management several times to address certain issues, they never did, nor did they call us back with any updates. We are seeking some kind of refund due these things. Specifically false advertising. Which if had been clearly stated in the description, we would have never booked this cabin in the first place It caused an inconvenience for our family that could have been avoided.
