After Christmas getaway

Kids loved the pool and hot tub! Very clean, plenty of room, stocked with essentials! Heat on main floor went out but maintenance came promptly!

Great Accommodations, Great Location A+

I cannot say enough good things about Cliffside. it is so nice and the views are by far the best you will find anywhere. Very private, we loved it. I cannot wait to go back. If you are looking for rustic and modern all in one with the best mountain views and do not mind being a little isolated from neighbors and other cabins.. this is the place. Easy check in, very friendly staff, no issues at all. I give it an A+.

Everything was very nice. The smoke detectors going off two different days was a little nerve racking. But no water on Saturday night was very inconvenient. We were not able to bathe on Sunday morning, flush toilets or wash clothes, dishes and wipe things down before we left.

Great view with lots of amenities. Stayed with my wife, 3 kids and a plus one and we had plenty of space to spread out or all get together in the main living area. Construction next door was a bit noisy at times but looked like it would be wrapped up in a month or so (at least the exterior work). My only suggestion would be to upgrade the cookware. We cooked at the house 4 of the 5 nights and pasta night was a bit tricky with only one large pot. Good thing there was a Lodge Outlet in Pigeon Forge. I would definitely recommend the Alpine Mountain Coaster. We rode it twice, once during the day and once at night. Would stay here again.
