Family vacation

Our overall stay at the house was amazing. The location was perfect, with its own private dock and stunning views of the lake. We even rented a boat on Douglas Lake and had a wonderful day on the water. The home is ideally situated for easy access to both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, making it a great home base for exploring the area.

Under Construction

The only available parking spot was covered with pallets of quickrete and stacks of wood. The entire neighborhood was under construction. No access to the boat dock that I specifically asked about. I rented a house on a lake with a boat dock, for a 5 day boating vacation. Towed a boat 700 miles and ended up with no way to get from the water to the house. Construction crew worked 2 days on stairs connected to the house. Hammers and saws running, waking us up while on vacation.
