It is a great place to stay. Perfect to get away but still have the creature comforts. Just know you will be 20-40 minutes away from Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge but we absolutely recommend it

Very cute cabin for a family to stay

Having a full kitchen with every sort of appliance gadget you can think of. Bring condiments and coffee they have coffee pot plenty of dishes pots pans etc to cook with. Big porch and big back deck. Comfy living room and huge dining table to eat at. It was perfect for our family of 4.

Road was AWFUL

The cabin itself was fine, but the drive there was CRAZY. And I don’t mean just far out, I’m talking gravel road, pot holes and up and down the mountain with sharp curves. I’m just happy we didn’t ever meet a car. Also when you think you’re lost or took a wrong turn no you didn’t cause yeah it’s in BFE. But other than the road, everything was fine! Not the view I thought it would be, it was quite and peaceful! Hot tub was nice!

First & Last Time Here

Didn’t tell us about the roof leaking, the rain started and we were soaked. Started leaking on the master bed while we were asleep!! Called the following morning and was told to sleep on the pull out couch for the remainder of our stay. We were also told they could bring extra towels for the inconvenience. Well before leaving we found the roof supplies in the outside garbage can from where they tried to "patch the roof" before we got there ( that same day of our arrival). They said they tried to patch it! Said they knew the roof was leaking and never told us. Calling was a joke never talked to the property manager! Never got a refund! Never was offered a different place to stay!! Don’t plan on coming back!
