Very clean and great location

Located close to all the attractions we enjoy and the house was very clean.

Overall, we had an amazing stay! Positives were location, space, number of bathrooms, comfortable beds, A/C worked great, instructions were great, WiFi connection great. Tips: bring laundry soap (one was provided), your own coffee (a couple were provided), trash bags (they provide a few, but they are super thin). Paper towels and TP were cheapest quality (but this is very common). Overall, we would definitely stay again if in the area!

Great Stay for a Volleyball Tournament

Stayed at this property while in town for a volleyball tournament. We stayed with another family and it was good for what we all needed. Kids enjoyed their room which looked to be a converted garage with big bunks and arcade games. We had an issue with the A/C when we got there and the owner got that resolved the next morning, which was fine b/c it was a cool rainy night and although it was around 80 degrees in the house the bedrooms cooled off. The owners were very responsive even late at night when we were trying to get the A/C situation figured out. Location of the house was in a good location in regards to accessibility to stuff in Pigeon Forge and the Sevierville Convention Center. Hot tub was clean. Would recommend for all those tournament parents out there.
