Family retreat

Four king bedrooms each on its own floor. Great games: pool, ping pong, foosball and air hockey. Theater room with ten recliners. Great!

Great house!

Everything about our stay was excellent. The house was nicer than we expected. All the bedrooms are spacious. The kitchen is well stocked. The playroom in the garage was perfect for our young kids. We will definitely consider renting this house again.

Great Cabin

This cabin was beautiful & had everything needed! Only problem we encountered was that the toilet upstairs was very loose and started to leak smell of sewage. I contacted the office at 9:38am on Saturday and requested maintenance come out and also trash be emptied. No one ever came & we had to smell the sewage smell through the rest of our stay. I was very disappointed!

The cabin was great. Could not believe how nice and cool the house stayed with as big as it was. Only complaint was check in being an hour and 15 minutes late. They need to hire more house cleaners or something because after a long day of traveling and you are counting on 4:00 check in, it's not fun waiting around for that long to get in your cabin. Especially with small children!!

Magnificent Views

The cabin was simply breathtaking! As soon as you walk into the cabin, one is in awe of the details of the cabin. The cabin was clean and roomy. It had everything that a family would need. The kids (young and old) loved the game room. The bunk room was an added plus so the 3 older grandchildren could stay in the same room together! I could go on and on about this stunning cabin. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for making this family time THE BEST!

Serious WOW factor!

We had a wonderful time! We were in awe walking into this cabin, and it just kept going. The pictures don't do this property justice! There are 4 levels to explore, and we loved all of them. Plenty to keep all of us, ages 6-58, busy. We enjoyed playing cards in the screened in porch while we listened to the lovely water feature. We had several movie nights in the theater room, which was top-notch. We would highly reccomend this place, and hope to stay here again in the near future.

50th anniversary celebration

Everything was beyond what we expected! Our kids decorated the cabin for our 50th anniversary and it was all so beautiful and special! We enjoyed all the cabin offered! Beautiful views. There were 13 of us with plenty of room and activities for all of us. Only negative was only 1 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. Had to go buy more. Other than that it was excellent!!!!

Perfect Mountain Palace

House/lodge was awesome and perfect for our family of 9 people. Used and enjoyed all the amenities in the house incl. spa, sauna and movie room. Particularly loved the 4 king BR's on separate levels allowing everyone their own space. Only negative was checking in, did not get any instructions and so when we got to the house the weak cell service made it hard to communicate with the managers of the property. Worked it out, all good. FYI, the grill was filthy and had to spend 30 min. cleaning it. It is close to needing replacement.

Wonderful cabin and experience

Booking was easy and communication was great. Check in was super easy. Cabin is big and beautiful. They really have thought of every detail when it comes to decor and design. So cute! Also had every amenity you could need. We had a family of 8 and everyone had a seat around the dining table and game table, as well as a seat in the movie room for movie night! Very clean everywhere in the house. Bedrooms are a great size. Kids loved their private “oasis” upstairs. My younger 2 had the bunk beds and the older one had the bedroom. They loved having their own bathroom. Check out was easy too. If I had to give one suggestion to owner, it would be to replace the ceiling fans in the bedrooms other than the master- they all wobble and make lots of noise. Other than that…perfection!

This property was beautiful, there were 10 of us and we had plenty of room. This was the first time we rented a property, and it has changed the way we will vacation forever. You will not be disappointed.

Exquisite cabin.

No expenses were spared on this beautiful cabin. We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed all the cabin had to offer. No need to leave the premises. Disappointed that the dryer died just after our arrival. Called and electrician was there in five minutes! Promised to return and never did even after additional calls to rental managers. Made a tough week with a baby in diapers.
